Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

We upgraded to a 56-square-meter garden view room, which was very comfortable for two people. Dinner was enjoyed at Su Noodle House. It was understandable that we had to wait for a while during the holiday. The breakfast the next day was also very rich. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Central Park. It's nothing special but not crowded. It's nice to experience a slow life. It's about a 20-minute drive to Xiemaqiao Ancient Town and Baodao Youyi Village. Overall, I am very satisfied and give it a good review!

The room booked at night was originally a business bed room. I accidentally set it as a business twin room. Then I told the front desk to book the wrong room type and let me change it. At the beginning, I said that I couldn’t change it. I said that I didn’t move the room and went in and looked at it and found that I had set the wrong room. Where was the front desk mouth and said it was annoying. Finally, I changed the room, and the difference said that the hotel had a rule that it could not be refunded. At that time, I thought that I could not refund it, and I didn’t refund it. There was no difference in how much money. After I arrived in the room, the hygiene on the sheets and pillowcases was extremely poor. There was still that kind of broken hair scum on the pillowcase. I asked if it was the hourly room opened by other guests. The sheets and quilts and pillowcases were not changed. The hotel staff said that he didn’t know, and then the front desk changed me a room. I changed a room and didn’t pay attention to the pillowcase at the beginning. When I washed and slept, I found that there was still dirt on the pillowcase. I felt that a Vienna hotel was not a small hotel on the roadside. The hygiene is really bad, the last one is to change the pillowcase of the room.

When we got to the front desk downstairs, While waiting for the room card to be changed, the front desk answered three calls to deal with room service, and some guests came to the front desk to jump in line to handle things (such as asking for a bottle of water). The lady at the front desk had a very good attitude, but handling so many things by one person greatly increased the cost of the stay. Waiting time for customers! I felt terrible having to wait for more than half an hour to fix the air conditioner and change rooms late at night with my 2-year-old child! Finally, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor. After washing, I found that the socket in the room was not working. I called the front desk to tell them that I could change rooms. It was already past 10 p.m.! I don't have the energy to change rooms anymore. I can only use the only uninterruptible power socket on the desk to dry my hair, boil water, and charge my mobile phone. The front desk actively handled socket repairs early the next morning. I forgot to clean my coat when I changed rooms for the first time, and my aunt put it away for me. Everyone has a good service attitude and actively helps solve problems when they encounter them. However, there will be more guests during holidays, but the number of staff will decrease, which will definitely affect the service quality. I hope the hotel can reasonably arrange work during holidays in the future.

酒店設施很新，衞生很好，衞生間乾濕分離的設計很人性化，洗澡、上廁所、洗臉互不影響，非常方便。淋浴房花灑水量很大，水很熱；淋浴房除了洗髮水和沐浴露還有護髮素，大大方便了長頭髮的女孩子；洗臉枱盆上除了洗手液還有潤膚乳。酒店早餐也可以，雖説春節期間（2024.2.10~2024.2.17）衹提供雞蛋、牛奶、麪包、麪條、餛飩等簡單的食物，但對於我們來説能吃飽。前台男生服務員很禮貌很紳士，服務意識很好，不僅升級房型（從5樓的小房間升級到7樓的大房間），還提供我們崑山一些好吃好玩的訊息。早餐廳煮麪條的師傅提供了很優質的服務，除了主動問我們要吃麪條還是餛飩，還問我們荷包蛋要不要，窩窩頭要不要，這是五星賓館也未必能做到的服務，我吃了麪條，感覺比樾河北路上*豐麪館的奧灶麪味道更好。走廊裏遇到做衞生的服務員，會主動微笑。從前台到餐廳到客房，所有的工作人員都提供了熱情細緻温馨的服務，讓客人感受到了家的温暖，很暖心，有機會來崑山還會繼續入住。
