The room is big, the bed is big, the welcome fruit is a bonus, the breakfast is rich, there are freshly cooked pasta and vegetables, but the beef noodles taste very average. When I go to get coffee, the waiter is very enthusiastic and will help bring it to the table. , and when issuing invoices at the counter, you can also add Taiwan's general editor, which is something you can't find in other hotels (others can only write the company name). I will choose to stay here next time I go on a business trip.

Motivated to write a review as there was not too much information when I was booking. Location It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though. Rooms 3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of Food There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent. Service The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though. Conclusions Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

Suitable for weekend vacation, it is also very close to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, about 10 minutes drive. The hotel has no underground parking lot. The executive room I booked is on the lake side. I personally like the balcony with a wide view. The layout of the room is a bit unreasonable. The washing area is right after the door, and the shower and bathtub are isolated in a separate room. Because the executive lounge was not open, the hotel arranged for coffee on the first floor as an apology, and also arranged a Western set meal for two for dinner, and provided more staple food and soup per person. In addition, the tomato scrambled eggs in the breakfast noodles are delicious, and they are great for mixing noodles. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, with a high green coverage rate and surrounded by water systems. It is quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel service and amenities was well met with what is expected of a 5 star hotels. The extra provided with the Lamborghini Suite room is all fulfilled. Complimentary welcome drinks, lounge access and free mini bar. The only issue is that due to the hotel bedroom is facing the mall, noises (songs and traffics) is very noticable at nights. Early night sleep is not possible unless you are wearing earplug. There are many areas around the hotel to visit or fulfill you meal requirement. The location is also quite convenient. The recently finish MRT line is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can take this line and 30 minutes ride to connect to the Shanghai MRT Line 11.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

I decided to go to Yangcheng Lake for two days on the weekend and chose the Fairmont Hotel. It was already past 2 pm when I arrived at the hotel on Saturday. There were many guests checking in. I happened to meet a Korean team checking in, but it did not affect the check-in of individual guests. The front desk lady arranged a room facing Yangcheng Lake with a great view. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, especially the bed is very flat, with welcome fruits and snacks. The hotel is located on the shore of Yangcheng Lake, in the park, with a breeze, which is very comfortable for the early summer weather. There was a small problem with the air conditioning in the room in the afternoon. The housekeeping depar**ent responded promptly and solved it quickly. When checking out, the front desk lady ella also specially asked about the stay experience and gave the hotel chocolate as a souvenir. The details are in place. The hotel is generally suitable for parent-child interaction. The hotel will go to the nearby organic farm at 9 am, and those with children can experience getting close to nature. The breakfast variety is rich and the replenishment is timely.

Great value. Rooms are spacious and clean, convenient location. Would recommend and will come back again.
