Pelayanan hotel sangat baik, lokasi cukup dekat dengan area yang dituju

The hotel service is very good, the location is quite close to the target area

Secara keseluruhan ok. Ada kolam renang. And samping ada cafe.

Overall ok. There is a swimming pool. And next to it there is a cafe.

Lokasi oke tengah akota dekat bandara. Fasilitas kamar juga cukup baik.

Okay location in the middle of Akota near the airport. Room facilities are also quite good.

We made reservations as we had a 6 hours transit in Kupang so we arrive at hotel and the very rude staff says that room is not ready and their check im is ar 12.00 which then we don’t need the rooms anymore. No shift managers available and a very untrained front desk and staff. Just don’t waste your time coming here !!!

I stayed in this hotel on my transit to Jakarta and I enjoyed it. I particularly love that all foods only a minute a way, they even have a nice coffee shop next to lobby, which I can enjoy food and drink and work until late (I left about 10pm and I dont know what time they closed, 11pm maybe? Forget to ask). Overall the room is okay. I wished the staff in restaurant, especially the egg station during breakfast can be more helpful. They need to learn how to request guest to line up when order and remember whose order is which.

Location is ok in the middle of akota near the airport. Room facilities are also quite good.
