There aren't many hotels in Hiroshima, so it's a wise choice to choose this one! The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large and free. There is free coffee and beverages on the first floor. The room is relatively large and has basic facilities. The service is very good, and there are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The price-performance ratio is really good!

The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of shops nearby, so it was perfect! The amenities were also great!

The amenities were great and it was about a 15-minute walk to Nakasho Station, so it was convenient for going to Okayama Station or Kurashiki.

This time, my family of five stayed here. The hotel staff were very friendly, and they also provided a welcome drink and free breakfast for those under 18 years old who were sleeping with their parents. The location was great, so there were many shops nearby and we had no problems. All in all, we were very satisfied with the price, which was under 20,000 yen! We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity!

I chose this place because it was welcoming to families with children. It was unusual for the amenities to include diapers and diaper bins, so I was grateful. However, I had researched the amenity information in advance, so I asked for it, but there was no specific guidance given even if I was carrying a child at check-in, so I wonder if they don't proactively communicate this information. That's what I felt. I thought it would be nice if the breakfast lineup had items that were easier for younger children to eat (plain cornflakes, fruits like bananas, hash browns, etc.). The children also enjoyed the recommended Hiruzen milk and yogurt. Regarding the location, there is a supermarket and a baby goods store across the road, and there are many restaurants nearby, so I felt safe even with children.

It's pretty good for an inn in a small place, a little far from the station

I had stayed at Vessel Hotel in another area and liked it because it had a lot of rental items for children, so I chose this hotel for Kurashiki as well. There were supermarkets and pubs nearby, so it was very convenient. The room was old, but the bed was clean. The problem was the room type, and I was given a different type of room than the one I had booked. When I checked with the front desk, they told me there was a mistake and they changed me to the correct type of room, but the air conditioner started leaking water in my new room shortly after I moved in. When I told the front desk, they asked me to move to another room. I had to be moved many times even though I didn't have any problems, and it was tough moving with two children, including an infant who can't walk yet. I had a lot of luggage, but there was no help in moving my luggage. I liked Vessel Hotel, but the service was disappointing. The image of Kurashiki has also deteriorated. I don't think I will use it anymore.
