In the course of a circuit organized by Club Med Découvertes, I spent the night of April 5, 2023 in this hotel and occupied room 203. It is a medium-sized hotel, very well located to slope the streets of the old Bikan neighborhood, which is just on the side. The hotel is good. The hotel is quite classic. The room is a medium size with a large bed, a chair, a low table, a desk and a chair. It is on the first floor and gives on the street. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable but a little noisy, because you hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms. The bar is sympathetic. The dinner was good. Breakfast buffet is medium but correct, except that the hot dishes are almost cold.

We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

Note to motorists: We arrived at dusk on the weekend and the hotel parking spaces were full. A staff member pointed out nearby parking lots. Fortunately, there are still parking spaces in the parking lot at the front entrance of the hotel. Charges are charged every 20 minutes. There is no maximum fee due to weekends. We will check nearby parking after dinner. The venue was fully booked, so thankfully we were able to solve the problem with limited parking fees. Experience really has to be accumulated.
The hotel itself is a group-style operation that is positive in all aspects. Although it is a bit old, I personally think it is still good at this price. It is only across the road from the beautiful area, which is very convenient. You can visit it in the morning when there are fewer tourists.

It was my partner's birthday, and I decorated it a little.
I really like this facility because there is a mini kitchen in the room and there are the minimum necessary items.
I'm glad that the bath and toilet are different.
However, the accommodation fee is a little high to stay many times a month, so I'm glad it will be a little cheaper.

The Green Rich in Kurashiki was a nice hotel in between the Bikan District and Train Station. The hotel has parking for vehicles. The lobby was on the second floor I believe, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The rooms were very nice and modern with all the amenities that usually come with Japanese hotels. We slept great and really enjoyed our stay here. The price was pretty reasonable as well considering the location.

First of all, access to convenience stores, supermarkets, beauty districts and restaurants is very good from the station. The hotel is still new and the view at breakfast is also seasonal and weather-dependent, but it is very good. I'm glad that coffee and tea can be freely drunk in the lounge on the 11th floor from check-in to 24:00. There are 6 washing places in the public bath. So it might be a little crowded during the sightseeing season. I felt that there were few elevators for the number of rooms. The room is a little larger than a business hotel, but you can open a large suitcase and put it under the bed. I didn't feel narrow because I was.

Centurion Hotel & Spa Kurashiki Station Wow, can they do rooms any smaller? I doubt they can! Superior Queen, more like Sub-par roomelet! 😰😰😰 Bathroom is for teenagers up to 16 years, but smaller size! Hot water flow, extremely slow, takes 30-45 minutes to fill bathtub Desk is what you give a 10 year old, bed is for vertically handicapped! Closet, none existing, Minibar fridge, didn’t even know they make such small size? Plus cooling, NOT cold Hotel elevator sign says, only 1 elevator, and NO STAIRCASE! Good luck in emergency Carpark, not available, but not entirely bad, 80 m walk, and covered, little discount by hotel WiFi, a little wonky & not too fast, sad in todays time & age, actually went off line twice within an hour! Really poor Ok, update, I formed Rezeption and they gave a Mobile WiFi router, must give them a 100 points for acknowledging the issue & being proactive! 👍🏻 With so many negatives and some positives, it’s only fair to highlight the amazing & friendly attitude of the Hotel Staff, they are giving their best with the product the have! Kudos to them! Breakfast, not bad, quite fresh, but all melanin and/or plastic except coffee cups!

The rooms and bathrooms are all clean and very satisfying. The whole family was comfortable with a large size that could afford to put an extra bed. There were plenty of amenities to choose from, and it was a very grateful consideration for us who forgot our toothbrushes. Our favorite is breakfast. Thank you for the variety and delicious breakfast ♪ The miso soup was very delicious. It is very close to my son's school and is very convenient in front of me at a big supermarket. (로비에 베이글 커피정도는 있어요) 환경을 생각하여 객실 내 어메니티는 최소로 줄이고 칫솔이 필요하시면 카운터에서 달라고 하시면 되요. 다음에 또 간다면 재방분 할 의사 무조건 있습니다. Great deal! It was a brand new hotel. The facilities are modern and quite spacious for Japan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located right next to Kurashiki station(1 minute walk). Department stores, shops and Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter are within walking distance. There is no parking lot in the hotel, but there were many parking lots nearby, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast was specially provided at the contract cafe, so it was a great experience to go to the local cafe and to see the streets. Considering the environment, there are minimized amenity in your room. Of course you can ask for if you need a toothbrush etc. I was most comfortable and would certainly stay again.

YYUKII stayed one night in a hurry for sightseeing after a business trip.
It is located about 5 minutes on foot from Kurashiki Station, and the appearance is very beautiful.
There are many izakayas behind the hotel where you can have a drink, so I thought it would be suitable for a business man traveling alone.
The front desk of the hotel was on the 3rd floor, and at 18:00 on Thursday, businessmen waiting for check-in were lined up at the front desk.
There are only two windows at the front desk, but there was not much waiting time because the three staff members were quick to respond.
Since I had already paid in advance, I filled in the necessary information such as the address on the tablet and completed check-in in about 5 minutes.
The room was still new, bright enough, and very clean.
You can hear some noise in the aisle, but other than that, it was generally good.
I didn't use the public bath and breakfast buffet, but both were very attractive, so
I would like to use it when I go sightseeing next time.

GGuest UserGreat location. A block away from the tourist area but far enough away to be away from the noise. Restaurants and convenience stores are a couple-minute walk away. This is obviously a hotel designed in the 80s with the large tall lobby and all the room doors facing the open air. You have the glass elevator and those in the lobby can people watch going up and down. Yes, the furnishings are a tad dated but well-maintained. We were amazed at the size of the room. The size was more like North American size than Japanese size. The bathroom and closet area ALONE could be the same size as some business hotel rooms I've been to in Japan. The Internet was fast. No problems with Netflix. The amenities were decent. If you need anything more, you can replenish in the lobby. Our room package included breakfast. It was decent enough. (Separate review) We got the parking space right beside the front doors, make sure you inform the front desk of your license plate. They do monitor. While I doubt we will come back to Kurashiki if I were, we would choose this hotel again.

LLuotuo#Praise# Satisfied with the comfort of the bedding, the layout of the room; the station is within walking distance, and the railway area is separated. The room is spacious with a double sofa and coffee table. Separate dry and wet. The bathroom area is so large that it makes people think of the public bathroom, not only has a large bathtub, but the bath part is outside the bathtub. This is only seen in Japanese hotel rooms with a narrow area. The front desk of the hotel is on the 2nd floor. The male owner is about 40 years old and has an old mother like him. After checking in, I received a call from the store and asked what time would breakfast be delivered the next day, or eggs. Said to be delivered at 8:00, the old mother brought the plate at 7:30.
Accept luggage storage, which provides us with convenience to walk to see ”Kurashiki beauty”.

GGuest UserJust in front of the hotel is the sea, and there were some parents and children who fished for a small child to play. The building is a bit old, but I think the customer service was kind and good. I was sorry that I couldn't see a clean sunset because I accidentally made dinner time at 6:30. I think it was good that dinner was delicious and the large bath was large and clean. I wanted to stay again if I had a chance.

KKIMFOONGAfter handing over my passport for the hotel to make copy and do registration, I forgotten to take it back from them and they, too, forgotten to return it to me. By the time, I have already checked out the next day and departed to another location. When I realized, I was hundreds of miles away! Suffice to say, they were very relieved when my friend contacted them about the matter and they quickly courier it to my friend. Thank you for a great and responsible service! The hotel itself is in a great location, so near to the train station and there are amenities and food around. Small room but clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!
