I had a trouble modifying my reservation online, so I called the property for onsite help. The agent showed no hesitation in helping me, and went beyond and above to make sure that he came up with the solution to solve my problem. The hotel is very clean and offers excellent amenities for the price they charge, and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a place to stay in Kurume. Even for local people because it is cheaper than a taxi fare in some cases.

I’m a sole traveller and choose to stay in this hostel. I got a single room. The room is clean and cozy. It meant to be a shared space with other but it was so cozy with plenty of room space. I would stay in the same place with the good price.

The service staff at night were very nice👍, the personal space was just right, I could open my suitcase, and the TV was very high-end. The space on the first floor is large and comfortable. There is breakfast in the morning and the overall CP value is very high. There was an episode when I picked up my luggage. The door was locked and I was asked to make a call. However, I only had a network card and could not make calls. Fortunately, there was a police station next door. I asked the police lady to help make calls. I wonder if I can use the Internet next time if I leave a line. It may be easier for guests who only have network cards to contact us through road calls. Thanks

This hostel is clean first of all with private space in the rooms. The kitchen is a common space. bathroom. The bathroom is a great place in every corner. It is the best value for money, even a simple breakfast.

The public space is very, very clean and very well done. The transportation is convenient and eating is also very convenient ( There are many skewers restaurants) and there is a small park nearby, which is great for walking.

A very good youth hostel! Good quality and low price, more than 100-200 RMB including a breakfast! Very convenient transportation, just opposite Nishitetsu Kurume Station! There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby! You can also walk to Kurume city. It is super clean inside! The public areas and room facilities are so good that they are better than many similar youth hostels in China. The service staff are also very friendly, and there are many foreign waiters!

I was happy that breakfast was included. The portion was a little small, but it was delicious. The room was small, but since I was alone, it didn't bother me. However, I felt that people who were concerned about hearing their breathing would be concerned. Having to listen to TV through earphones was a bit annoying.
