KURUME HOTEL ESPRIT Reviews

We stayed for 1 night on Saturday where it seemed to be pretty busy at this small hotel. The parking was limited but we were lucky to park at the hotel. The hotel’s location was great, closed to train station and shopping arcade. 5 of us could fit in one big spacious room with 3 big beds and 1 extra bed comfortably. The room was a bit old but the beds were comfy. There was a coin laundry in the hotel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok with little variety of food.

Check-in was fast, questions were answered in detail, breakfast was diversified, the French toast was delicious and satisfying, the location was convenient, the room was large, the bathroom had a bathtub, and the accommodation experience was great.

It was my first time in Kurume, but everyone was very kind and it was very nice. The room was also very clean and spacious!

The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was good too, with three main dishes to choose from when asked "Which would you like?" The food was also very good.

There was a restaurant on-site, so we were able to have breakfast there and it was delicious. Amenities were picked up from the lobby. It was spacious and clean.

The location is good and there are other parking lots nearby. However, there was a stink when I took the elevator up to the floor, and the smell was even worse when I entered the room. The most unpleasant thing was the smell of the toilet, as if I was in a smelly ditch. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night, and I would never consider staying there again.

The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to understand, giving directions to the parking lot and explaining the fees! The room was smaller than expected, but the bed was spacious and our family was able to sleep comfortably! I'm thinking of staying at Esprit again next time.

The location is great, but the building is old, and since it is a smoking hotel, the smell of cigarettes lingers in the building even though you don't smoke, so all your clothes smell like cigarettes!

The room is very large, the double bed is very wide, it is very clean, and the location is convenient. It only takes a few minutes to reach the shopping mall and many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I come to Kurume. It is suitable for families.

The wifi didn't work at first, but the service staff were very nice and came to the room to help us.

I booked a non-smoking room, but only smoking rooms were available, so I ended up staying in a room that smelled like smoke. There were also few parking spaces, and I think Kurume needs more parking spaces.

When I entered the hotel, there was a nice smell and it felt very clean. The amenity set was extensive, and the breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, so I was very satisfied. However, the parking fee was expensive, so I should have parked in a nearby parking lot.
