Very charming place a short walk from city center. Has a nice courtyard with beautiful plantings, and a decent pool. Bed was firm and comfy, bathroom appliances worked fine.

The room price is not expensive, the interior of the room is okay, it has its own balcony, the scenery is good, and the air is good. However, the garden facilities were not maintained, resulting in unknown yellow liquid sticking to the clothes when sitting on the chairs. The experience was not very good, but everything else was okay.

The room is clean and tidy, and the overall environment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is on a slope, not far below are delicious family restaurants and convenience stores, and further down is the seaside business district. The service staff are warm and friendly. The disadvantage is that the facilities are slightly old and the indoor air conditioning power is insufficient. It needs to be turned on for a long time to effectively lower the room temperature. The bathroom pipes are aging and leaking.

The hotel was very clean. The air conditioning in my room was a little strong, so I turned it off at night and it was fine. There was a pool next to the restaurant, so I spent the day by the pool. Restaurants are nearby and the owner is kind. I didn't like the breakfast very much, but it was hot and plentiful. The otogar is far away, but there seem to be several minibus stops nearby. I walked to the otogar to go to the Ephesus ruins, and it took about 20 minutes. The ladies' beach is not very close, so if you go there, it's better to take a minibus. Also, the city has many slopes, so I think it's better to ask for a transfer from the airport.

Very nice host, nice, hearty breakfast. The room is nothing special, but it was OK for one night, but it was clean. Nice, well-kept inner courtyard.

For picky Cantonese people, the service staff here are very kind and will actively help carry luggage. The manager can speak fluent English. The garden is beautiful and the B&B is quite good! The air conditioning is sufficient, the room is clean, the hot water is just right, and the amount of water is large! Breakfast is also good, the fruit is very fresh and super sweet! The only shortcoming is the wifi. After all, Türkiye is like this, and the signal cannot be compared with China!

Very good, convenient parking, good location

I stayed for one night at The Villa last week and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The owner made me so welcome on arrival and my room was very clean and comfortable with lots of character. The place is unique and I can see why various actors from over the years have stayed here . The area around the pool is lovely and welcoming and the breakfast selection was just perfect to set the day off in the right way. I only wish I could have spent a few days here. I hope to come back for longer next time .

Villa Konak is an oasis of charm and tranquillity in busy Kusadasi. A few minutes walk to the caravansérail and the port, it is also a great place to stay if you have a ferry to take in the morning. The pool and garden are great, and there really allow you to rest after a day of visits. Let’s not forget the amazing hospitality of managers Izim and Korkut who continue the tradition of offering tea and sweets in the garden at 5 pm. A great way to appreciate the tradition of hospitality of Turks and get to know fellow travellers.

We visited the villa in June-July 2019 and adored it. Very kind and attentive host, cosy accommodation and wonderful guests from every corner of Europe. We would definitely come back again one day with a whole family!

Love this hotel! It’s a hidden gem in the old part of Kusadasi. It’s close enough to walk to the noisy tourist area but we never noticed the noise at the hotel. It’s got a lovely garden to hang out in. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, especially the manager, Yuksel. Maps.me led us (in our rental car) through some narrow streets to get to the hotel and Yuksel helped us get back on track and reach the hotel. We enjoyed visiting with Yuksel as well. His English is perfect and he has a funny sense of humour. The room was bright and spacious and very quiet. The king size bed was really comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel was divine. Everyday there was something new and the food was delicious. The women working there were all nice and friendly. The wifi was great all the time. We booked this hotel for 2 nights but ended up staying an extra night because we liked it so much. Unfortunately for us, we never used the pool but it looked very inviting. (It was a bit chilly out when we were there). I will definitely come back to Villa Konak but will stay longer next time. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this lodging was delightful. The location was convenient, our room large, clean and comfortable.. Breakfasts were tasty with a variety of offerings. Afternoon teatime was a relaxing end of day treat that also provided the opportunity to visit with fellow travelers from around the globe. Among other amenities, there is a pool in the courtyard and free parking. Last but not least, the hotel manager, Yuksel, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The rest of the staff was helpful as well. Thanks to Yuksel and staff for making our stay in Kusadasi particularly pleasant.

If I visit again, I will definitely be staying here and be recommending to those who visit. Beautiful property, I was nervous when I realized it is on a small street but once I entered it was amazing. The garden, the cats, the rooms, the breakfast was great. Location is close to the beach and Ephesus -- need to drive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. And the best person ever - Yuskel. He literally very kindly and sweetly shipped my airpods back to Istanbul that I had left in the hotel. I cannot believe the generosity. I am so grateful!

An Oasis. Calm and quiet. Pool is great, breakfast is great, the ladies who clean, cook and look after the place are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Mr Yuksel the manager was brilliant. I have been to kisadasi a lot but this was the best yet. Than you.
