Overall hotel is dated there is a museum to knick knacks in the lobby bit odd, the carpets in the room just serve a purpose but look so dirty. The beds are made fresh everyday, new towels and shampoos also. Staff are lovely and very helpful always smiling. My only gripe is the Internet is so horrible, rarely works I had to phone front desk a few times. When you are in your room in pain a good WiFi connection is paramount. In saying that because of the staff and such a central location I will stay again and I will recommend hotel to others, just please sort out the WiFi.

Excellent hotel. Much better than expected. Clean, spacious room, amazing view and friendly staff. I ended up extending an extra night. Location is 5 min drive from most main attractions or 15-20 min to main bus stops.

I stayed at a Saturn Hotel and the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even allowed us to stay after the checkout time because our bus was running late. I was so grateful for their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Kusadasi. While I had a pleasant stay at a hotel, there were a couple of things that I didn't like. The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there weren't many options to choose from. Additionally, the ladies who were cleaning the rooms didn't give us clean towels until we asked for them (we asked on our 5-6th day). Despite these minor issues, I still had a great time at the hotel thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was beautiful and comfortable. The location is a ramp, not far below is a good family restaurant and convenience store, and then down is the seaside business district. The service staff is warm and friendly. The disadvantage is that the facilities are slightly old, the indoor air conditioning power is insufficient, and it takes a long time to open to effectively reduce the room temperature. The toilet pipeline is aging and there is a water leakage.

It is a very friendly environment. The staff are very kind and Mr. Mohammad is also a very kind person who tries to help the travelers. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the market and the pier. The rooms are small but clean. Thanks to Mr. Mohammad, he helped a lot to get a taxi in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not possible for us, but I heard that it has a great breakfast.
