We stayed for a couple of nights, the location is perfect, close to the seaside and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and rather clean, the bed was just amazing, real soft and felt like you’re sleeping in a cloud. We really liked the breakfast too, it had everything you could wish for and they also had fresh orange juice, my absolute favourite! The indoor swimming pool turned out to be smaller than in the pictures, but I mean it was still nice to be able to swim.

Having recently spent 9 nights in Kusadasi with my beautiful wife of 25 years anniversary. We spent our honeymoon there although it was in” Bitez” back then, other times it was ”Golden Day Wings” now since closed, sadly. We spent the holiday in the Shuan Seaport360 Hotel (room 312). This was our first time staying here at this hotel, so we were a little apprehensive. There was no need to be as on arrival close to midnight, we were met by a very warm and friendly night receptionist by the name of ”Can” who had excellent Englis and could not have been more helpful and reassuring to us that we would enjoy our stay with them at the ”Shuan ” this set the theme with all the staff. On our first day there, we met Yasin as we entered the lift. He enquired how we were doing and then introduced himself as the hotel manager. We were blown away by his beautiful manner and kindness, especially his genuine interest in knowing about us and our visit to Turkey. He was so assuring and assured that this left us with no doubts about the remainder of our holiday. His kindness permeated down to all his staff. He certainly is a Hugh asset to the hotel. Our room was excellent, spacious with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was excellent. The fridge had complimentary water, and every day was restocked. The fridge worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, and the shower was excellent, with great pressure and not fixed to the the wall, thank goodness. The view from our balcony was spatucular. You could see the beautiful marina / beach and the cruise ships arriving into port and departing. (Couldn't ask for a better view) There was a 24-hour reception, and safety was the hotels' utmost in security, so we felt very safe. Walkability to the marina, beach, shops and restaurants was just beautiful and very safe, the Turkish people are lovely. Food and drink at the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold, and so plentiful, enough choice to suit everyone needs. Note worthy details; I have a bad knee, and my husband has some issues with his back, we found the bed, fridge, safe, and toilet a little on the low side but it didn't hinder us (bed very comfortable) Taxi ride back to hotel is recommended after an evening out as is quite steep up the hill to the hotell, cheap at €4.00 and safe Thank you, Suhan Seaport 360 Hotel and all the staff who made our holiday a pleasant and memorable time to cherish. Visited here while on holiday in Kusadasi Got a bus from the town which was about 10 minutes The beach was stunning with crystal clear water and golden sands.A very safe place for children as the water is shallow It’s a kids paradise.There are lots of bars and restaurants where you can stop for food or a drink.The shops all sell beach toys,towels etc,There are a number of clothes shops which sell a variety of beach and summer wear.My favourite shop was Outlet Butik which was run by a lovely couple.Their stock was very good quality and brilliant prices So good I went back a second time and bought more 😁😁If you go to Ladies Beach this shop is a must to visit.Could not fault it here and hope to be back soon 😎

Very good hotel, 20 minutes to the center along the embankment, the room was comfortable on the 9th floor with stunning views of the sea and the city, varied breakfasts, fitness equipment equipped with everything you need, bars by the pool and sea, in the lobby, there is even a Starbucks, I liked everything, I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very good. 5 minutes to the center by car. The hotel has no problem with parking. When you enter the key, they pull it to the parking area. Fine. Room width is ideal, cleanliness is good, balcony design is very good, they do not see you from another room. You swim in the sea with 10 fish. The port side is better. The beach side is small. The variety of dishes is less, but the products, which I can not say anything about their taste, are good. You won't be hungry. But there is a queue, the reason is that people are waiting for the frying part, so I'll buy ready-made food, it's overflowing. The frying place needs to be replaced with a pita place. Drinks etc. nice raki izmir, beer efes, whiskey jb blah blah. But their necklaces are not beautiful, unfortunately. The hotel is pretty good for the price. If you say I will stay again, I will definitely stay.

I can’t say anything about the location, we weren’t interested in the sea, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, but I don’t know how to get to the beach and what’s there. We arrived early at 10, checked in, put on bracelets, the room is beautiful, even the third member of the family has its own small separate bedroom, elevators, carpets, cleanliness, everything is there except bathrobes. The food is non-stop, I don’t know what’s missing, everything is delicious, beef, turkey, everything is complete, they always add fruits, vegetables, side dishes. Ice cream with fruit during the day, all kinds of pizza, pide, vegetables, sweets by the pool, bars everywhere, everyone with a smile, come again, no queues, tables are cleared immediately, guests are welcome here, the attitude is very pleasant, we were very satisfied. The aqua zone with slides for children and the water complex for kids is excellent! Staff are always present and children are looked after very closely.

We checked in on Friday evening. The dinner is not included to the room rate but it is fine we had a nice experience, the food was delicious. Our room was on where the pool was, and located on the upper floor. The room was clean. On Saturday morning we had breakfast and it was good as well. We found out that the hotel part is rented and operated by some other people. In the afternoon we had the wine tasting which was again enjoyable. During the tasting we saw a police car and then when we asked about the situation we were informed by the waiter that some afgan refugees were seen in hotel area where our room was located. This was not a nice feeling for us and we felt a bit uncomfortable but not so suprised because it is not a gated community. At night when we returned from dinner we entered our room and as soon as we turned on the lights we saw 3 bats. We went crazy! Called the reception asap but it took minutes for someone to come to check the room. And when he came in he has informed that bat was seen in another room before which is totally not my problem!!! Then we asked for another room and again it tooks minutes for him to find the lady who deals with the reservations. Then he told us that they can find a room in one of their hotels in Selcuk-İzmir. We did not accept it and we found a place for ourselves in DoubleTree Hilton. When we were checking out the lady asked us to pay for 2 nights (we were going to stay for 2 nights) and of course we did not accept it and paid only for 1 night and left! They did not even apologize for the situation! It was very unprofessional! I will never again stay in this hotel and will never recommend it to my friends! If you want to go and taste the wine and have dinner that’s OK because we were tokd that the real owners of the YediBilgeler are responsible for those services! It was again very rude of the lady who is at the reception to ask for 2 nights fare and not even apologize for once!

Stayed with my partner here in a double room for 2 nights. Ours was situated at the back of the hotel facing away from the mosque. There's no getting away from being awoken by the 5am call to prayer in any part of the city centre so that wasn't an issue. The room was very inexpensive, so it was a surprise to find an immaculately clean, large and airy room with a genuine king size bed (not 2 singles pushed together) The shower blasted hot and consistent water. The hotel itself is located within a few minutes walk from the bus station, train station, excellent restaurants and main attractions in town. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Their English language skills are on point, they were extremely friendly and gave us invaluable information for our travels. What an absolute gem of a hotel. Don't even think about looking elsewhere, just book Ephasus Centrum Hotel!

Our group of five people stayed at the hotel by car. The hotel is simple, quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The next day we found that the tire pressure of the rented car was less than 160, and we found the store owner to ask for help. The boss did not say anything very enthusiastically to help us contact a car dealership, and personally took us to the car dealership. After checking, it was found that it was slow to spread gas. The boss took the initiative to contact the car rental agency and repaired it. Since the leak point is near the car keel, we are not assured to ask the car rental agency to change the car. Because the voice is not good, it is not easy to communicate. Thanks to the hotel owner on our behalf. The car rental agency is finally communicating repeatedly the next day. We changed the new car rental before we planned to travel, without delaying the trip. We are very grateful to the hotel owner for his warm service and patient and proactive help. The friendliness of the boss gave us the same feeling as home, leaving an unforgettable impression. Thanks again to the hotel owner and service staff!
