Regarding the location, some of the room types in your reservation plan are on higher floors, so we would appreciate it if you could consider that next time. Regarding the location, if you take a shortcut from our hotel, Yubatake is a 3-minute walk away. Regarding the sauna, it is difficult to take immediate action due to the structure of the building, but we would like to address this issue in the future.
