The hotel was around a 5 mins walk away from the Yubatake spot, there were less shops around this area but also this gave the place its calmness. Staff were able to communicate in English

It was the first time I came to Kusatsu Onsen. The weather was very cold. It took about ten minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive. The room was clean and there was a terrace. It cost 2,500 yen for two people at their own expense. A 50-minute private hot spring bath. Price Reasonable, 85 points for dinner food, first-class service, 80 points for breakfast buffet. Overall B++
