Went with my mom and had a great trip. The hotel is pretty discretely tucked away, but very close to the bus stop. The room is a good size and comfortable winter coat was provided for those going out to an onsen. They even had heated blankets!

Simple is the best ! The location, price and service are great, no need to think about . If I visit again , Kusatsu Onsen Futabaya for sure will be my first choice ! 😉

Good place to stay

Excellent structure in the city center, clean and of a certain charm. Only the bathrooms in the room would deserve a modernization.

The hotel is close to the Yubatake, the inside was clean, and the service was very good. The room has a shower unit, but the water pressure is weak, so I recommend the private bath in the hotel. The water is a little hot, but the Refa shower bed and Dyson hair dryer are good, which is great for women. There are also amenities such as shampoo and hair care products, makeup remover, and lotion. There is a free space where you can drink water and barley tea at night and coffee in the morning. There is also a microwave there, which you can use freely. The front door is locked at 11pm, but they give you the key to the front door, so you can come and go as you like. Yukata, towels, and a basket bag are provided in the room. For smokers, smoking is prohibited inside the building, and there is a smoking space along the road in front of the hotel.

When I go on a business trip to Kusatsu, I always use this hotel. It has two hot springs that can be used as private rooms. The downside is that when there are a lot of guests, the hot springs overlap in time, making it difficult to use. And the hot spring water is too hot. It would be great if they lowered the temperature a little!!

Quiet and comfortable, it feels great. Can you stay here again next time, housekeeper? The guy was nice, I just casually asked if he could take me to the bus station because my luggage was heavy and hard to push ~ I didn’t expect that he actually agreed to my request, which made me feel very warm.

The rooms are ok, the service is good, the staff speaks English very well, I recommend it.

The staff were very courteous. He was very helpful in telling me about hot springs and restaurants in the area. The room was clean, but perhaps due to the location, the room we stayed in didn't get much sunlight and was dark even in the morning, which was a bit disappointing. It seems that my parents' room was sunny. Since the price is reasonable, I think that's what it is. thank you very much.

Kusatsu Onsen is a place worth visiting. It takes about five minutes to walk from the hotel. The location is convenient. I will choose it next time.

Stayed for two nights, the staff used the washing machine to help us die twice, thank you very much, there are many free hot springs, and there is a large open-air payment in Heyuan Town Park. The hot spring is 700 yen for adults and 350 yen for children, it is worth going
