Very nice ambiance in room and hotel and food also good in taste. In future i will recommend to stay to my family and friends hotel has spacious car parking and easily accessible for any shopping or any other requirements

Quality of the hotel is very bad. It is nothing more than a cheap lodge. Smelling room, cupboard and toilet. No toiletexhaust. We were not able to sleep because of the smell of cigarettes from the room nearby.

I had a pathetic experience staying at castle international. I booked its medium category room and since i was getting late for the check-in, i called them to inform that i will be late and have already paid entire amount in advance. When i reached they didn’t have any medium category room left and only the premium ones were available. They gave me premium room. These premium rooms can not be any worse. Wash basins has cracks, there were spider’s web, bathroom not cleaned, room not cleaned, can’t watch tv as tata sky account was blocked due to low balance and the list goes on. If you wish to have a happy and more importantly hygiene stay, please avoid this hotel.

The hotel is above shopping complex, the rooms are big. Service has to improve toilets were not hygienic, walls are not neat maintenance not upto the mark.

There were plenty of concerns within 2nights of our stay, from hot water to ac leakeages. Improper bed and the sheets with unusual stains and one of the rooms even had burnt marks right above the bed. We had to request change of that room and fortunately we had one other room available. Early closure of restaurant and nothing available post 9pm, they were not even trying but just a blunt no even to get a glass of milk for kids. We were just trying to check out as early as possible and so was staff expecting us to do so quickly so they can run into market/join festivities or so. Surprised to see such businesses running without enough back up plan/manpower during holidays. We would not recommend this for any of our familes and friends.
