Denied the room itself after booking. booked via Oyo and Oyo didn't help either. Waited for one hour in lobby. Worse experience of my life. That to be mid night 11.00 they stood me up. Never in life I am coming back to this hotel. mid night i got call from oyo saying that lying owner says to Oyo-this guy came to hotel stayed for one hour. never see such a insult in my life. waited for one hour in lobby missed my dinner and neither oyo or anyone helped. walked out side and stayed in rendom hotel. NO REFUND FROM OYO- OYO CAN GIVE HALF MONEY IN OYO CURRENCY (***)

Denied the room after booking. No help from online booking. Owner said, do what ever you want to do. Never had such a worse experience in my life. I got stood mid night. I am happy no to come with my family. Never going to come here again
