GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN ROOM. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, BREAKFAST WITH LIMITED CHOICE.

Convenient to the station, Hemaibashi, Suehirocho. The room was clean and spacious and I was very satisfied. It was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but compared to other major business hotel chains, it was the best fit for me.

The free breakfast service was great. The customer service was also good. The Wi-Fi was good and I was able to use it comfortably. The shower faucet was a little hard to use, though.

The bus stops right in front of the hotel when returning to Kushiro from Lake Akan. It is very convenient. There are izakaya ramen shops and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast is rich and the service is also very good. It is not far from the JR station.

Toyoko Inn has always been a budget hotel suitable for transit. It has complete facilities but the rooms are small and compact, comparable to the Orange Crystal in China. It has a high cost-effectiveness and provides free budget breakfast. The advantage is that it is close to various stations. It is recommended to apply for a membership card.

A very cost-effective hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are two washing machines available for use in the lobby on the first floor. The parking lot requires an additional fee, but it is very cheap. The breakfast options are not many but very delicious. It is available at both Kushiro Station and Higomai Bridge. Arrived on foot, there is a convenience store opposite the hotel.

The toilet in the unit bath is small due to the equipment from a while ago. It's hard to sit. Also, the breakfast menu is too small. Everything is on a plate without a bowl or curry sauce. Difficult to eat

Temporary accommodation, one big and one small, with a heater under the window. The room is small so I turned on the air conditioner. The laundry was all dry overnight. There is free breakfast, free for children under 11 years old. The kettle is too small🥺, the hygiene is OK, don't stay if you have requirements for the size of the room. Anyway, I can still accept a room that can open a 29-inch suitcase

離車站有點距離，但旁邊就有餐廳，離其他餐廳也都很方便，酒店早餐比較簡單，房間很乾凈，一樓的小姐姐服務態度很好，諮詢旅遊訊息很有效率

發現一個奇怪的事，晚完早餐客人可以打包餐食。

The facilities and services are just like Toyoko Inn, and while I thought this was to be expected, there was a feeling that it was not great. The parking lot was full, but I wonder if 75 cars could really be filled by guests staying at the hotel alone? If it was full because it was being used by people other than guests, it would be a waste of time. I arrived before 9 p.m., but there was no one at the reception desk, only a terminal for members. There was no call bell, no one showed up when I called out, and the terminal did not respond without a membership card. After rummaging around for a while, a staff member finally came out from the back, but there was no word of sorry for the wait. At this late hour, the only amenities left behind the front desk were empty containers. The only outlet in the room was at the back of the table, and the lack of an outlet or USB charging port by the pillow was a fatal flaw. There were many little things that bothered me, and overall it was not great.
