В отеле было все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. На завтрак лучше приходить пораньше, чтобы был достаточный выбор. В зоне завтрака температура заметно ниже остальной части отеля - лучше одеться, если на улице прохладно.
Очень дружелюбный персонал отеля оставил только положительные эмоции.

Hotel location is great, just 7 mins from Colchis Fountain. Near to this, there are lot of restaurants with International cuisines and White Elephant - Indian cuisine. Lot of options to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. The hotel is located on 9th floor of a building (apartment). It appears as if the 9th floor has been taken and converted into hotel. The bedding (mattress) need to be better. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was okay considering we are Indians and have limitation in eating non-veg food. Otherwise, the food taste was great. The area becomes quiet after sunset and taxi could be better option. The hotel restaurant is good.

I will visit Kutaisi from June 6th to June 8th. The Panoramic Hotel has been under new management since May 1st, and it is in an excellent location. The staff is excellent, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without extra charges. The operation Manager, Miss Maia, was very helpful during my visit. Breakfast was good, and the freshly brewed Coffee was excellent. The Bar is stocked with a good variety of beer, spirits, and wine. The room was spacious and clean and had a Balcony!

There is a new managment in the hotel , very good staff will help you at any time. The hotel has comfort,beautiful views and delicious breakfast. It was very surprising that there was very tasty coffee from coffe machine .good luck and i will visit you again

very nice staff. comfort, clean room, and great location, near to city centre, and malls. delicious food and amazing views i recomend coffee THAT WAS SOOOO TASTYYY!!!!!!!!! (they have coffee machine) .................................

Excellent short stay in Kutaisi. Staff is warm and helpful. Breakfast is on the top floor with a beautiful view and the food is fresh and tasty. Parking was available on site. It is limited but we were able to snag a space easily when we checked in around 5pm. 15 minute flat walk to the central area with several markets and shops within a two block radius.

Die Zimmer, in unterschiedlichen Größen mit Balkon und Fernsicht, befinden sich alle auf der 9. Ebene eines Geschäfts/Wohngebäudes. Das Restaurant hat eine große öffenbare Loggia auf der gleichen Ebene, entgegen der Angaben hatte das Restaurant schon 10 Tage vor Saisonende nur noch zum Frühstück geöffnet. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es keine Alternativen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber bei 4 Sternen erwarte ich anderen Kaffee als Aufguss Beutel. Das Zimmer war wie das Duschbad geräumig, der Kühlschrank minimalistisch. Der Fernseher für den Durchschnittseuropäer nicht zu gebrauchen, auch nicht App fähig. Es gab weder Zahnbecher noch Tassen für den vorhandenen Wasserkocher. Das geht besser.

It had a very contemporary atmosphere and beautiful views of the city in the dining room. I would definitely return in the future. The room was clean, large room. Pity no double bed.

All rooms & Restaurant in the 9th floor with a great view all over the town and torwards Bagrati cathedral. Staff very friendly & helpful, rooms clean and modern design, Restaurant open for breakfast 9-11 am only, but many nice Restaurants in about 5-10 minutes walking distance.
