ひひろThe reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

In general, the attention was very good from all the staff. Breakfast is good, variety of local food, and option to eat scrambled eggs and omelets. Dinner also has good options. The waitresses always serve with a smile and very attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. Pay attention to humidity control in bathrooms. Good experience, I recommend choosing rooms with windows to get natural light. Specially karina and pooja &shailja , good attention and hospitality service 🫰 I would come back to this hotel on a visit to Mundra.

Rooms are good and well cleaned. Best service. location is very near the railway station and local market. Staff was professional and friendly specially Reception staff, Ajay, Bhim, and ansar. They made sure we had everything we needed more. Fantastic stay Thanks Neemaya Team.

GGuest UserWe were looking for a great place to stay in Bhuj for 2N/3D when we came across this place and, after checking the reviews and the facilities, thought of giving it a shot. The property is right opposite the Bhuj Railway station, thus ensuring no issues in terms of connectivity. There is a slight diversion from the main road to reach the property. Seeing that the owner himself was there at the main gate to welcome us was pleasing. The property is a gated community of row bungalows. Each bungalow has a ground and first floor where two families can stay. The room was neat, clean, spacious, and well-maintained 1 BHK with a huge kitchen area. The hall was tastefully decorated with ample lighting, an L-type sofa, and a large LED television. The kitchen area had an induction cooktop and all the regular utensils in case you think of reheating some food. The bedroom had a full-size wardrobe to hold clothes and a king-sized bed. The bathroom was also neat and clean, and the best thing was the property ensures you have 24x7 running hot water, which is very much needed, especially during winter nights. The breakfast and other maintenance, including if you need lunch or dinner, is taken care of by the caretaker Mr. Dhaniram. And to say it frankly, we have never seen a person so dedicated and professional towards ensuring the guests stay comfortable throughout the stay than him. A fantastic person, and a big kudos for him being a significant reason for a delightful stay at the property. The breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and includes items like paratha, idli, pakodas, bread (regular or toasted), tea /coffee, etc. Though the items were less, the taste was supremely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, and if you wish to have a fantastic experience in Bhuj, this is the place to be.

The Fern Residency Bhuj, One of the best and finest hotel at Bhuj city, best food ever tested, can't imagine such a delicious food can avail at Basil restaurant, Rooms a clean and hygienic, Housekeeping boys doing really well, great linen wonderful Swimming pool, Front office people are always smilling and serve day and night, well mannered, all Managers and General Manager are really help full, room amenities are really excellent, I will suggest all the known person to stay at The Fern Residency Bhuj Gujarat, all the best and great going Fern Bhuj

GGuest UserLocation is away from bhuj railway station but it is ok for middle class people to visit. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. The room was clean. We do not order food from the hotel so no idea. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
