Everything is good except the so called studio room is small. It’s really not a studio.

The place, position and staff were perfect. The food is very good. The service is excellent. This hotel is so great. If I back to Niseko again, i will definitely stay this hotel. Recommended.

Secondly, the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go to a convenience store or eat. You can also tell the front desk what you want to eat and they will help you reserve a seat. Thirdly, the room has a kitchen so you can cook your own food. There is a convenience store downstairs where you can buy things, which is very convenient (although there are not many choices, it is already good) Disadvantages: This room type is too small, and it is really a bit crowded if you need to put luggage... But the price is quite reasonable. The breakfast is just an ordinary simple meal.

Very considerate service, the best choice in Niseko. The Park Hyatt I chose later can't compare to the service and environment of Sancui. The room is large and warm, the bed is very soft, and the transportation is very convenient

On the same day, I made an appointment with the Chinese butler hotel to go to the supermarket and stroll around. The next day, the hotel car was specially arranged to pick up and drop off at the surrounding Internet celebrity ranch. The hotel rooms are also great, facing Mount Yotei, with a large living room area and various kitchen equipment and washing machines. I also enjoyed the free VIP private soup time. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room. The hotel is absolutely cost-effective in summer, and the price in winter ski season is several times higher.

After staying in 2 hotels with 4 room types, I still feel that Shancui’s service, details in the room, and catering are better than the one just opened a year ago. I will definitely choose Shancui next time I go shopping.

The room facilities are complete. It's no problem to cook anything you want, and it's very convenient to wash and dry! The refrigerator is very large. I bought some food as soon as I arrived and put it in it, anytime, anywhere! You can also go to the nearby town of Kutchan, there is a large supermarket, buy some steaks and so on, come back and cook it yourself, and the hotel can book a pick-up! The view of the room I booked is also good. Facing the ski resort, I can lie on the sofa and watch others skiing. Who made me a bad cook haha! The cable car here is closed for maintenance on 4.1, in order to welcome the arrival of the next peak season! Fireworks were specially set off on the evening of 3.31. My son and I lay on the sofa and enjoyed a fireworks feast! Breakfast was OK, simple but quiet, not crowded! On the day of departure on April 3, in order to let my son continue skiing for a full day, we booked a chartered car back to Sapporo at 4:30. Considering that the check-out time was 12 o'clock, it was a bit early for me. I discussed with the front desk and delayed it to 2 o'clock. Thank you very much. After checking out. I sat in the lobby coffee shop, drinking coffee and watching TV series, and time flew by! . The location is also good, very close to the Asahikawa Ramen Restaurant, and there are many places to eat nearby. There is a drugstore that is actually a convenience store, which is very convenient for replenishing goods! Going up a little is the center, and the shuttle bus is very convenient to go to any ski resort! There is a ski equipment store not far away, and it is not far to rent a board! It is convenient overall!

The best hotel I have stayed in Niseko! It’s so convenient. You can rent skis at the ski resort hotel just downstairs. There are regular Chinese-speaking services in the hotel lobby, and the rooms are large and clean. There are complete hot spring toiletries and skin care products. You can also cook. I love it so much. It’s so convenient! Enjoy the snowy view from the floor-to-ceiling glass in the room, which is a great pleasure! There is also a hot spring downstairs♨️ You can reserve a private one. Although the breakfast is not many varieties, the products are good, and there is an underground parking lot! I can’t fault anything except that it’s expensive👍 thumbs up👍👍👍

The studio we stayed in was marked 25 square meters, so I thought it would be quite small but I had to endure it. It turned out to be very small, but the room was very windy and convenient. I could indeed slide in and out of the ski resort. The breakfast was great and I could see the snow conditions in time. I soaked in a small hot spring every day. I went to the gym once and couldn't go there again. It was only a five-minute walk from several nearby restaurants. I originally planned to stay in another hotel for four days but ended up extending it for three days. The bus to the airport is only five minutes away. I have experience in walking this time, but I may go to other ski resorts next time.

The hotel is very new and very convenient. My stay exceeded my expectations. You can slide in and out on the first floor of the hotel. This hotel is a treasure, the rooms are very spacious and bright with modern decoration. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, skiin&out, and the rented ski equipment was also very clean. I'll stay here again next time

The attitude is average, the hygiene is average, the service is not as considerate as a Japanese-style hotel, and I was treated differently by a waiter, which affected my mood.
