Negative points: strong connection in the reception but not in rooms where the signal is almost no, you must approach the door to have more or less decent connection. Service from front desk was excellent, hotel was centrally located but surrounded by on-going construction and not easy to get to for drivers not familiar with the neighborhood. Everything else was great, including the breakfast.

First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.
