Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

I was warmly received by Amaj, the driver, at the airport. Shyam, the head of hospitality and transport, was always available for any help. I interacted with Raj and Sameer and they were wonderful too. Ramsy was very meticulous in cleaning the room everyday.

Very good cleaner and always available when needed. Thanks to Mr Mani & Aung. The room was squeaky clean with added complimentary coffee and tea. Definitely a good place to stay in the region that caters to the basic needs of a solo customer .

I came in this hotel for company work and I must say it’s a beautiful place. It’s little far from city and place is quite also. Staff are all nice especially manager salam and receptionist Shyam and tandin. Food in breakfast is also good and they always keep my room clean.

Rooms and chalet are fantastic enjoy stay in Copthorne Al Jahra with nice pool nice gym nice food and coffee shop far from city like paradise you must visit you will not forget specially chalets promotion 100 KD 2 nights weekend and week day they will take care of you

I came in this hotel wi the my kids. Rooms are very beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed swimming pool and food in breakfast. They dont have big play area but its beautiful. Staff are all good and helpful especially receprion staff. I will come back for sure with my kids again.
