Very authentic & traditional experience appeared all other guests were Japanese. loved the onsen experience and a fabulous emersión into Japanese culture. Location was great easy bus ride to local town & fishing village of Ine. Fabulous little intimate restaurant 2 min walk. On the down side little hard to find and would be very difficult at night. Staff only spoke Japanese & we’re not very friendly despite our best efforts to speak Japanese and make things a little easier with google translate. Price was very reasonable. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a traditional family home style experience.

因為是頭一天臨時決定的旅遊目的地，並且因為不知道是否要住在當地所以一直沒有訂酒店。等當天在海邊遊玩泳看完落日後已經6點半，這個時候夕日浦當地的其他酒店都無法預訂，衹有這一家可以。抱着試一試的心態定了，結果服務完全超出想象。（1）當天因為預訂的晚酒店已經無法就餐，旅館的人就開車帶我去當地晚上不多的營業餐館安排就餐，完後還接回酒店。（2）第二天退房後衹是表達想在海邊再遊會泳，是否可以把車繼續停在酒店，結果店家不僅同意停車而且還免費借了海灘傘給我，並且讓我游完泳後可以再次使用温泉洗浴，受寵若驚。（3）因為車是有點混用，可以充電，但是因為不會使用且沒有當地銀行卡所以求助旅館老闆，老闆把其他酒店老闆叫出來一塊研究如何使用，最後老闆下載app用自己的卡進行充電，我給她現金即可。 酒店的設施就像很多日本老酒單一樣因為年頭久遠所以略顯老舊，但是在這種服務下一切的一切都向著美好的方向進行，給我留下了很深很好的回憶。

The Infinity Outdoor Onsen overlooking the Sea of Japan has been featured on Japanese TV several times. Excellent at sunset! But the Hinoki Cedar onsen bath in our room was the best. Private and as long as I liked. We had the third floor Modern Japanese room which is designed to be the Captains' Room with a deck in the appearance of the ship' bow. Very large, comfortable beds, and loved the ceiling-to-floor windows. All drinks in fridge and dinner were free and the sake was excellent. Dinner was served in private sectioned rooms but with a public, almost festival-like atmosphere. Beautiful arrangements, lovely choice of flavors and very creative dishes. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sadly, no elevators. Will look forward to visiting again!

The location is mentioned to be about 5 or 7 minutes from the station, depending on where you read about it. I think it's more like 8-10. The room we received has no view of the Maruyama river or garden, although it is advertised as such in pictures and descriptions on website. Our rooms had a view of the parking lot and the road, which the front desk referred to as a ”mountain” view. I'm sorry, but this just isn't a good practice. You MUST make this as a different type of room with different price and let customers decide the value. I would not have booked if I had known this. There is also another small problem. The dinner was overall quite good, but I saw some other customers received different dinners with the full snow crab and sake. We received part of a snow crab and cheap white wine. I am confused. It would help to have an explanation. Otherwise I can't help but feel these problems are because I am not a Japanese customer.
