The reception staff initially told us they don’t have any. We tried again and show them images of adapters and they came back with two boxes of adapters for us to choose. Overall we had a fun time and a relaxing holiday at Kawaguchiya.

Very authentic & traditional experience appeared all other guests were Japanese. loved the onsen experience and a fabulous emersión into Japanese culture. Location was great easy bus ride to local town & fishing village of Ine. Fabulous little intimate restaurant 2 min walk. On the down side little hard to find and would be very difficult at night. Staff only spoke Japanese & we’re not very friendly despite our best efforts to speak Japanese and make things a little easier with google translate. Price was very reasonable. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a traditional family home style experience.
