Hard to find the address. No clear indication of exactly where it is. Even locals have problems finding it.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s my first time to DIY in a Japanese hotel. The food is great. The supermarket is very close. The proprietress speaks Chinese and is very welcoming. The room is very clean, the bathroom is spacious, the kitchen is neat and clean. I will choose her next time I stay.

If you want to experience a homestay in a Japanese home with a friendly host. This place is perfect! When I arrived on the first day and was in a hurry, he handed me a map and explained the route :) Ranran and her family are all friendly and really provide VIP service! Ranran's husband carries her suitcase and Ranran kindly explains the house first. There is also a kitchen space where you can do laundry and cook! First of all, it was very clean, warm and friendly, so I felt like I was staying at a friend's house! The room is large enough to accommodate two large suitcases. The shower room and toilet were separate, so it was nice to save time on washing up. The best location, 1 minute from the bus stop and 10 minutes from Kyoto Station on foot. This is a place I want to stay again if I visit Kyoto in the future. I hope Ranran and her family continue to stay healthy and happy!

The proprietress confirmed the arrival time with us a week before and gave us a route map from the station to the B&B. Warm reception upon arrival. It is a very warm B&B that is highly recommended. Since I was going to Japan this time to propose to my girlfriend, I asked the landlady in advance if she could help order a bouquet. I originally thought that it would be delivered after making an order with the flower shop, but it turned out that the proprietress went to the flower shop to order and pick it up in person. It’s really so enthusiastic, I must highly recommend it! Friends who want to travel to Kyoto must stay here!
