Location of hotel is good however it can get noisy at night due to the heavy traffic in front of the hotel. Not suitable for light sleepers. Overall hotel is clean.

Room is quite small, breakfast very limited don't expect too much. Location very good, lot of food and shopping around.

good location, nearby shopping area, hotel breakfast not much choice, everyday same thinggs and good for people who like vegetables only .....

It is decent. The walls are thin. You can hear the next room alarm and theres a karaoke center next to the hotel. The breakfast was really basic. The location was good. Close to lots of restaurant and shops

Very Clean, staff were nice, tooth brush, razor etc were provided. We did not notice any noise. Location is excellent.

Staff is great and helpful, the room is nice, but i just really missed a chair and a small desk of some sort.
As for the hygiene, I am a blonde guy and it kinda stood out that the long dark hairs on the bed were not mine xD
Other than that๏ผthe location is awesome, they are quick and effective at the front desk. I didn't try the restaurant nor breakfast, but it seemed to always be well full of people. So i assume its good :D
Overal nothing to complain about, thanks for the stay!
I would definitely come back if i am in Kyoto again.

the pillow is too small and flat. Have to request for additional pillow to sleep.
I think guests shld be able to request for change of towels and housekeeping if minimum stay of 3 nights instead of current 4 nights

A bit far from the main train station but close to the local street. However, it is a nice location for commuting around with a bus and walking distance.

Best location hotel so far. Located between two subway station. Center of kyoto shopping street. Nice and clean facilities. I like the view from our room this was surplus. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Pros:
- Great Location that you can access to different stations, shops/shopping malls, convenience stores easily.
- Polite and helpful staff that answered my questions quickly.
Cons:
- The room was a bit stuffy.
- The edge of the bathtub was too high that you need to put effort to cross over and get in (maybe I have short legs lol).

The location of this place is great! Bus stops are close by, and train stations are only a few minutes walk. I like being in the center of the city!
