Hotel location is great, less than 5 minutes walk away from underground station. Lobby equipped with a small lounge that provides some bakeries and drinks for the hotel guests which is very generous and amazing. As it is my friend’s birthday trip, hotel made a warm and cute amenities for him which I am very appreciate for that. Using a limited resource to create a unexpected experience for the hotel guests, it makes me could feel their heart in hospitality.

Surprisingly unique and affordable hotel just a step above business hotel in price but several steps above that in amenities, service, and staff. A quite comfortable “living room” on the first floor offers drinks and snacks all day, has games and books to borrow, and the staff keep the music going via vinyl all day long. I was staying with friends in separate rooms, so this made a great common area to meet and hang out for us.

Very good hotel, the room is not big but the soundproofing is very good and quiet, there is free bread and juice coffee downstairs, the atmosphere is like a youth hostel for adults. There were heavy rains in Kyoto for a few days, and you can borrow umbrellas at the hotel front desk and rent bicycles at the door. Very good experience, worth coming again~

The hotel has free bike rental, good accessibility to all attractions, free drinks (juices, water, tea and coffee) are always available to guests + snacks in the form of bread, toast, cookies and buns. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a dedicated rest area at the front desk, which provides unlimited coffee, juice, tea, etc. every day, as well as small bread to satisfy your hunger. After checking in, the front desk will issue two plastic cups. You can use these cups to fill water and drinks during your stay. There is no free mineral water in the room. The shower room in the room is also very unique. There is no traditional bathtub but there are three modes of shower head: upper, middle and lower. In terms of transportation: Karasuma-Oike Station is just outside the hotel. Kyoto is really small, and you basically have to rely on your legs to get to attractions and shopping. Finally, because my suitcase was lost, I bought a new one and left the broken one in the hotel. I didn’t expect that there would be an extra charge for disposing of the suitcase (1,650 yen) 😂

The room is small, but overall clean and tidy. It is very close to the Karasuma Oike subway station. There are bicycles that can be rented for free, and free soft drinks are provided. The coffee is of good quality and the price is not expensive.

Good size, adequate services, comfortable common lounge area. Only one washing machine may have a queue, but I didn't encounter it during my 4 night stay.

It's not too perfect. The hotel is located near NHK. I stayed here for four consecutive days during New Year's Day and New Year's Eve. There is a 24-hour coffee and bread bar at the front desk of the hotel, and there are free bicycles for use, which makes walking around the streets more comfortable. A place I will choose next time I come.
