Good location, very nice modern rooms and very clean. Central to most tourist things snd only a short walk to subway. Check in process seemed a bit drawn out but no major. Gym not open until 7am and common room was not open until after 8.30 am on the morning I tried to access.

The room is quite big, with one bed for each of the three of us, and we were finally able to unpack our two big suitcases at the same time. The hotel is located in a quiet area, with Daimaru Department Store on one side and Takashimaya on the other, and not far from Kamo River. I would like to stay here again next time I come.

The room is very big for Japan, with complete facilities, a gym, luggage storage, and European and American waiters at the front desk. I don't speak the language well, but they were very patient in explaining. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station. My luggage was too heavy, and it was quite strenuous to walk there. If you have less luggage or are able to do it, you can ignore it!

I would like to call this hotel the ceiling in terms of cost performance. The whole decoration style is clean and refreshing, simple and generous. It is very convenient to speak English at the front desk. It supports multiple languages when filling in the check-in information. The room is really big. Although the windows are frosted and you can't see the outside at all, who cares whether you can see the outside when you have accommodation of this size? Traveling is to leave early and return late. The location of this hotel is also great. It is really quiet in the bustling city. It is very convenient to go to Kamogawa. In fact, whether it is Shijo or Gojo, it doesn't feel too far. There is no convenience store at the door, only beverage vending machines

Advantages: The hotel is conveniently located, close to the commercial street, but there is no street noise, quiet in the bustling city, good sound insulation; The design is beautiful, the facilities are new, although the room is not as big as the photo, two 24-inch suitcases can be opened, and two people are not cramped for a short stay; the TV can watch terrestrial waves, but there are not many channels; the toilet is large and the shower is easy to use; There are tables and chairs by the window, and the light is good; the room is a password lock, which is convenient. Disadvantages: The slippers are not disposable; No water is provided! The faucet has a drinkable sign, you can drink it if you don’t mind; The window cannot be opened, and the white frosted surface cannot be seen outside the window; The sign for cleaning will only clean up the garbage, and nothing else will be cleaned. If you need to change the towel, you have to put the old one in a specific area at the elevator entrance and then take the new one. The same is true for other replenishment supplies, all of which are self-service. There is a vending machine outside the first floor, but no convenience store. Note: You need to pay an additional accommodation tax when you arrive at the store. The staff are all foreigners, and communication needs to be in English. Overall, the stay is quite comfortable. If the price is right next time, I will consider staying for a short time again.

The hotel is very close to the bustling Shijo Kawaramachi, and it is convenient to travel and walk to various attractions. The room is large and clean, and it feels quite high-end. The front desk is full of foreigners and they are very enthusiastic. You can store your luggage for free~

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. There is a two-Michelin-star noodle restaurant nearby and the best bar in Kyoto. The front desk spoke English fluently and there was no barrier to communication.

If you live near Shijo in Kyoto, the location of this hotel is quite good. The surrounding environment is very good, which is in line with the stereotype of Kyoto. The hotel is run by foreigners, and English communication and check-in are very convenient. The hotel is quite large and clean (except for the bathroom, which feels average)

I have to say that this hotel has the most satisfying service for me. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the front desk service is also very good, all the waiters are foreigners, but a small hotel has everything. Fitness equipment, a small public space, a luggage storage room. And the location is not bad, 10 minutes away from Jin Market and the bustling commercial street and subway, very convenient. There are also many restaurants around at night, and you can find a lot of delicious food. A very satisfying experience, super cost-effective!

The location is good, quiet in the bustle. There is a supermarket 3 minutes' walk away and 7 minutes' walk to the downtown area. Shopping is convenient. There were all foreigners at the front desk, so it was a bit troublesome to enter the English address when checking in, and it took some time. The room is large and bright, and it is convenient to lock it with a password. Spare parts are placed in the public area in front of the elevator for your own use, and there is also a laundry room. The bed was very good and the air conditioner was very cold. However, the windows were fogged and you couldn't see outside (I heard it was a regulation in Kyoto). The overall feeling was good and I would consider staying here again next time.

The hotel is a very Western-style hotel with a modern and minimalist decoration style. The front desk staff are all European and American, so there is no problem communicating in English, and the service attitude is also very good. The facilities are very complete, with a password lock and no need to bring a room card. There is a special place to put luggage, a restaurant, and a gym. The location is in the city center, close to the station and attractions. There are convenience stores and many yakiniku (barbecue) restaurants around the hotel.
