Everything is very satisfactory. The front desk is very polite and the people are Chinese. It is convenient for travel. There are also good things next to it. There is a river next to it, so quiet. I like it so much and want to come again in the future.

A good hotel in Japanese style. I booked a superior room with a private garden - I recommend it. The room is spacious, very clean. Good soundproofing. The location is excellent, 15-20 minutes walk to the city center, there are many cool cafes and restaurants (including a Michelin restaurant) and shops near the hotel. We stayed for three nights. The environment is very good and the location is invincible. There is a **** next to it. There are sushi, soba noodles and rice crackers for locals nearby. Lawson is two minutes away, which is very convenient.

This hotel is close to JR Higashiyama, not on the Hankyu Line, so the convenience is average. The hotel rooms are large and the layout is relatively reasonable, but most of the windows on the elevator side are completely blocked. The bedding is average and there is hair. Not only is it conveniently located just a short walk from Higashiyama Station, but we were also lucky to have a delicious Japanese sweets shop called Gion Manju nearby!
Check-out is at 11am, so we went to Gion Manju when it opens at 10am and made tea and coffee (which are provided free of charge by the hotel, of course) in our room for breakfast. There were also two bottles of water, which was nice.
I couldn't find a convenience store nearby when I checked in, so I did some shopping at the 7-Eleven in Yamashina.
It was also nice to stroll along the Shirakawa River right next to the hotel.
However, the family (?) staying in the room next to us was noisy until around 3am, and they were hectic from around 8am, so we didn't get enough sleep. But that's not the hotel's fault.
I'd definitely like to stay here again.
