Considering the size of the hotel, there was only one elevator, which was frustrating.
The breakfast wasn't bad, but it wasn't satisfying. Also, the dining area was small and crowded.
The sound of the doors of neighboring rooms opening and closing and locking was annoying.
It was a shame because the customer service and cleaning were good.
