Affordable and convenient location. Many good restaurant nearby and the breakfast buffet is great!

Perfect location right next to Kyoto train station. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room big in comparison to many i stayed at in japan.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Got a smoking room initially (because I booked that by mistake) but staff was helpful to give me an alternate option quickly. Room sizes were pretty decent. I could see shinkasen tracks from window which proved to be pretty helpful to keep my 2 year old busy for some time. Location was ok. Close to kyoto station but on the south side which is a little dull. Hotel looked newly built and staff was warm. Breakfast had japanese and western options. I tried primarily western food which was good but nothing great. Same menu everyday.

The hotel is close to Kyoto Station, but it is quieter on the other side of the station, so there is nothing wrong with staying there. If you take the sightseeing bus, you need to walk through Kyoto Station on the other side. The front desk speaks good English, has no problem communicating, and is very helpful! Rich breakfast!

Because I booked a triple room with my child, the suitcases could not be opened. It would be just right for two people. The triple room is a normal room with an extra bed. It is very crowded.

The location is OK, but there are better locations than it. The hotel is newly opened and the environment is good.

The room was clean and the towels didn't feel old. The station is quite a distance from the hotel, so it's relatively quiet. There are one or two cool employees at the front desk, but I couldn't see their smiles after staying there for a few days. Other services are also good. The breakfast has many varieties and is worth recommending. 

The room was great, the breakfast was rich, and the service was very good. I will come again next time

Very close to Kyoto Station, you can buy a hop bus at the station to visit attractions

The hotel has a good location and is very clean. The room size is considered large in Japan, and you can barely open two suitcases

Chain hotel The room is average, the location is in the north of the JR station which is not very busy, and it is not convenient to eat around.

It was beautiful and nice

There is a 711 convenience store nearby which is very convenient, and there are two shopping malls, Don Quijote and Isetan, where you can go shopping.
