It's a spacious japanese style junior suite room, can comfortably fit 4 Adults with additional spaces to put our luggages. It's clean, facilities are great, breakfast is fantastic, staff is friendly. highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, the staffs are so nice and friendly. Some accidents happened to us but they solved it immediately. Also, there are herbal water and green tea served, those are so nice. Great location that we can head to everywhere in a short time. I will consider to choose here again next time.

Nice hotel but a bit small room for 3 adults

I stayed here once five years ago and stayed at this hotel again this year. It is very friendly and the location is very convenient. You can go to the Kyoto Imperial Palace for a walk every day, and it is not far from Kamogawa Park and Kyoto's three commercial streets. The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is relatively large. The public space on the first floor is very good. There is free tea and microwave, so it is no problem for temporary business offices.

The decoration design of the room is very beautiful. I like it very much. The key point is that the bathroom is very large and very comfortable to take a shower. The toilet and bathroom are separate, so you don’t have to worry about your feet getting wet when you go to the toilet. There is free tea and free bathing agents on the first floor. But the space in the double room is too small. If two people are wearing a 28-inch or above Once it's opened, there won't be much room to walk.

Great concept, sitting area and veranda on the top floor. Good towels, bed linen, a good hairdryer, good hygiene supplies and delicious teas. Great location - many places can be reached by direct bus. Our room was next to the elevator, but we didn't hear it at all, although we are sensitive to sounds. The windows don't open. The bathroom was in the room, not next door. Overall the hotel left a very pleasant impression. The downside is that our room was very dusty. Dusty blinds, dusty clothing rails, dust on the mirror, hangers, etc. Apparently, the room had been standing for a long time before we moved in. But other than that, everything was fine in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast can be taken for trial purposes only. The area is full of places where you can have a more interesting breakfast and for a lower price.

The hotel is very convenient for traveling. It is right next to the subway. There are historical sites and imperial palace ruins nearby. It is not far from Nijo Castle. The set meal restaurant and barbecue downstairs of the hotel are delicious.

It was so so good! Cleanliness and location! The toilet was separate, so it was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast is also very good. This is an accommodation that I definitely want to come back to when I visit Kyoto again.

I was quite disappointed. There was a big gap between the room and the subscription pictures online. The windows were much smaller than the pictures. I had to upgrade to a larger room. The hotel is more like an apartment. There are many damaged areas on the walls in the room, and there are many stains on the carpet. The location is close to the subway station, but a bit far from the old city center and business district. It is recommended to book a hotel near Kyoto Station or Shijo for easy access to various attractions and shopping.
