It was dirty in places

Got scammed by the B&B next door (fake pictures and high prices). I changed rooms temporarily and came to this hotel. The room was surprisingly comfortable, especially the mattress! The most important thing is the Chinese staff at the front desk, who are very enthusiastic and responsible. It provided a lot of convenience for our family to travel freely despite language barriers. It is a difficult journey from Kyoto to Mount Fuji. I looked at many routes on Google but none of them were suitable or very cumbersome. We also have a lot of luggage. Chartering a car is very expensive (it costs 5,500 RMB to find a car at short notice). Fortunately, I met a Chinese girl from Inner Mongolia in the hotel. I gave her the phone number of the hotel I booked near Mount Fuji. She took the trouble to make a detailed handwritten bus route for me (about 30-40 minutes) while checking the route at the computer at the front desk. She was extremely meticulous. This solved the biggest problem for our trip. Before leaving, they also called a spacious car to take us to the Shinkansen station, and the price was the same as a taxi. We were deeply touched and impressed by these subtle services and sense of responsibility. I am very grateful to her for this trip to Kyoto. Overall the hotel is very clean. I would choose it again if I have the chance.

Although the hotel room was a little small, our family of three took our luggage to the room and put two single beds together. We were very satisfied with our 5-day stay.
