so glad i found this accommodation during my stay in kyoto! thank you for the great hospitality and the cleaniless of the room! it was cosy and the heater helps when the weather was 2deg. it was nice to provide washing machine and dryer :) however, it was quite a walk to kyoto station but manageable i guess.

The room is clean, big and spacious! Just that it was quite cold. It was winter. Our room is on the same floor as the laundry room which was very convenient. The kitchen is very small but we didn't use the kitchen much. The bathroom is quite big, combined the toilet and shower together. The only problem is that the hotel is near Kyoto station but it's quite a distance to walk, around 15 mins. Overall, it was a nice experience to stay in this hotel in Kyoto.

Comfortable, family friendly hotel - conveniently located a short walk away from the main Kyoto train station-

Booked during off season and got very good price. Pretty close to Kyoto station, hence, very easy to commute. A bit small for 4 adults but doable since we spent most of our time outside. Their toilet is great!

We actually loved staying here due to its tranquility and also being near Umekoji Park. The space here was a welcome change from the usual hotel. It is quite a distance from Kyoto Station though. But all in all the mini kitchen was great. They also have free laundry facilities in 3rd floor which was awesome. Dryer worked well to dry our winter clothes as well. Do note however that there is no housekeeping, so either you dispose the filled up bins outside your room for them to clear or wait till check out. Its ok during winter when its cold but am not too sure about summer. Staff was very helpful when I asked for help with the laundry.

Was recommended to this by a friend. The room is really spacious. The living room comes with a sofa and a smart TV that you can screencast if you know how. There is a clothes rack and my room is next to the laundry room. Yes, you can do your washing and drying there. I did that on my third day there. There is also a balcony where you can hang your clothes out to dry. The access is secured by a reinforced glass slider, while the balcony is also secured by grills, giving one a good sense of security. The toilet comes with a tub, and a ventilator to prevent mould and mildew. There is a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and an induction top. There are bowls and pots too for light cooking if you like. Lets not forget, that they also provide umbrellas for guests use too! The amenities provided meets my needs. The location is not exactly the best however. Quite a bit of walking is required from Kyoto station, and/or from the bus stop from Kyoto Aquarium. But there are a few vending machines in the immediate vicinity and a mini stop convenience store just over at the Kyoto Aquarium there. But still acceptable given the room size and amenities. Overall a pleasant stay. Didnt manage to take the photos of the room. Just refer to the ones by the hotel. They painted quite an accurate picture.

It's about 10 minutes from JR station. The surrounding environment is very secluded, it should be in a residential area, it feels more like folk customs. There is a 100 yuan vending machine at the door, and the hotel does not provide water. The room is really big, which is rare. There is a balcony where you can hang clothes every day. The shower water is very refreshing. The front desk seems to be available only at 9 o'clock, and there will be no one too late at night. As for hygiene... I suggest you wipe the toilet several times with alcohol wipes, and I also wiped the sink. It seems that the room is not cleaned every day. When I came back the next day, the room was not cleaned. I asked the front desk to change the towels the next day. The room is not soundproof, and the music next door is very loud in the middle of the night... For this price, it's okay.

The accommodation is clean and beautiful. Complete facilities You can wash and dry the clothes. And being able to cook a little food is really good. It's not far from Kyoto Station. Convenient transportation by both bus and train. Near AEON department store, there is a 100 Yen store on the entire floor. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Kyoto.

Everything is good, there is a record of things, you can cook in the kitchen. Separate room Very good, everything used in the room is good. Located almost 1km away from JR, but I like it very much and have the opportunity to go again.

The rooms in Kyoto are quite large, and it’s not too far from the station. It’s about ten to fifteen minutes away, so you can stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the Shinkansen. There are shopping malls, convenience stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have microwaves and refrigerators. The environment is quiet. The staff are very polite. There are umbrellas at the door that can be lent to guests.

The room was spacious and clean. It also had a mini kitchen, which was great for families with children who want to make milk.

The waiters are very kind and answer all questions quickly. The room has complete spare supplies, the bathroom is very clean and sanitary, and you can take a bath with confidence. The kitchen utensils are complete and you can cook simple meals. The transportation is very convenient. It is only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station. There are many houses on both sides of Inokuma Street. The environment is very peaceful and relaxing. The only flaw is that there is an introduction to the dining place in front of the door. You won’t find out until you arrive. Closed for business. The nearest 711 is 6 minutes away. Overall very satisfied.

It is the largest room in our trip to Japan. It has a sofa and a small kitchen. It is very close to Kyoto Station and can be reached within walking distance. Surrounded by residential areas, it is very quiet at night, and the grandmother in the residential area will say hello to you in the morning.
