I don't know the name of the female staff member at the front desk, but the service was at the lowest level of any hotel I've ever been to. It would be no exaggeration to say that there was nothing worse than this.It was a top-down approach. I often have people like this at the front desk. It was a very disappointing trip. I don't want to go there again and I won't introduce it to anyone. Even if they ask me, I'm sure they'll say it's better not to go.
