Good service and nice staff.
There are some public bus stops nearby the hotel.
Good location for traveling around.
Hotel room is clean and comfortable.
Giving me a great and memorable trip, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

+ superb location: right outside the shijo station (1 stop from Kyoto station), 7-11 right in front of the hotel, bus stop near the train station as well, walkable to kawaramachi

Located within walking distance between the central station / Kyoto tower and downtown, 2 minutes walk to subway, so very convenient whilst quiet.
Clean and provided with everything you need including toiletries, personal care, kettle, bathrobe, slippers, free refreshments all day, and use of bathhouse.
Excellent value for money.

Very well location, near Kyoto station, just one stop, I think that hotel is very comfortable and quiet, well sleeping quality, and all the staff are very polite, and they can speak English and Japanese as well

This hotel will only give you bottle of water if you opt out daily room cleaning. However, I am not paying for the price of B&B or hostel….I paid for the price of a hotel room. Daily room cleaning should be included in my hotel fee and should not be excluded just for a bottle of water. I am very dissatisfied on this. The breakfast is in good quality though.

Location a bit off from the station. 15 mins walk to station and main shopping streets. Good breakfast & free flow of beverages 14:00-22:00.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. The large communal bath and sauna are great and highly recommended.
It was a little disappointing that the bed was a little hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, but overall I was very satisfied.

The location is very good, next to Exit 3 of Gojo Station on the Karasuma Line. There is a 711 convenience store next to the hotel and a drugstore across the street. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair masks, etc. can be picked up in the hotel lobby. The room is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, but no bottled water. However, free beverage service is provided on the first floor at night. Free bathing is available on the second floor. There are some design issues at the door of the room, because you have to take off your shoes when entering the door, and the suitcase has to be placed behind the door, which is a bit troublesome.
