衞生：衞生環境良好，可以選擇每天打掃和部分打掃，不把打掃牌掛外面則不會進入房間打掃。
設施：設施齊全有大浴池，每層有製冰機和自動售貨機，房間內標配智能馬桶浴缸冰箱等。大堂每天還有免費飲料和小零食自取。就是洗衣機數量不足經常全滿
服務：服務良好，入住退房便捷。前台英語流利
環境：設計帶有京都風情較為雅緻，房間在日本大小還算不錯
