Nice room, everything was clean and it’s convenient for people who drive but the only downside was not having enough carpark for the customer. Not far from Arashiyama which we would like to visit early morning.

My friends and I stayed here during our stay in Kyoto. It was a distance away from the city, but the station was just 10 mins away walking distance as well as 5 mins away by bus. It was clean, quiet, and served all the necessities we needed. It was a great place to come and relax after a long day of exploring.

We stayed in this apartment for approximately a week and had no issues, it’s close to public transport and was always clean. Note there is a small tourist tax fee to pay on arrival and they do not have a card machine so make sure you have some cash handy

We had a great experience in this hotel as a family. Their rooms are more spacious than shown in the pictures, and for the price, it is truly good value. They offer use of washer and dryer for free so you can wash your clothes during your stay as well which we found very convenient. Overall, would recommend for those driving around Kyoto and looking for a budget but cozy stay.

Easy to check in and the staff were friendly. Facilities very clean and spacious and everything was easy to access. A quick 10 minute walk straight down to the station so it is easy to access all of Kyoto from this area very easily.

It was great. The room was clean and big. The location is good. It’s 13 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minutes to bus station.

This place was ok—it was a bit far from Kyoto station and attractions. There was no attendant regularly at the front desk. Everything was petty basic, although it was clean and the room was a bit larger than others I’ve stayed in. I would choose a place more centrally located next time.

The room is not big, with an area of ​​more than 20 square meters, but it is very new, with an independent bathroom, two bunk beds and a single bed, which is just right for our family of five. We didn't know in advance how children are defined in Japan. When booking, we looked at Ctrip's standard that children under 17 are all children, so the three children did not choose their age. Ctrip assumed that the three children were all under 1 year old. However, the standards of Japanese hotels and homestays are chaotic. Some are under 3 years old, some are under 7 years old, and most are under 12 years old. Two hotels charge a lot of extra money, but fortunately Ctrip bears most of it. This hotel didn't ask us to pay extra. There is a Yoshinoya nearby, which tastes good.

Suitable for families or friends, the room can accommodate 4 people, 2 bunk beds, the room is much larger than ordinary Japanese hotels, which is great. Maybe it is due to the characteristics of Japanese building materials, the sound insulation is not good, you can hear the people walking upstairs, which is a bit of a pity. Although it is not in the central area of ​​Kyoto, the transportation is convenient.

I stayed for 2 nights, but they ran out of garbage bags and provided extra ones. The staff's response was smooth and without any problems. It was cheap and the parking was free, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go to Kyoto.
