Where everyone can call luxury hotel. The staff is very warm welcome. Location is nice. Bedding and amenities is good high brand. Recommend for who like to living in the luxury hotel.

The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking.  Terrence is comfortable with a nice view over the garden and Japanese not call amenities. Maiko performance are available on Tuesdays and Sundays. Food is good.

The experience is amazing. The room, the garden, the staffs and the location (outside the center so we can relax) are perfect. We had a garden-view room with a balcony that we could enjoy our drinks very relaxing!

The room facilities and the hotel environment are excellent, just like the style of Four Seasons. But this time, the experience of staying at Four Seasons in Kyoto was very bad! On the first night, I found a super big cockroach in the shower room! Because it was too late, I could only wait until the children went to bed before I went to the front desk for a simple treatment, and asked them to verify whether I could change the room the next day! At breakfast the next day, the tableware the waiter brought me was dirty!
The customer service department sent a Mandarin-speaking customer service staff to deal with the cockroach incident. After briefly explaining the purpose of the visit, she asked us to go to the front desk to find her after breakfast. Then, another compatriot received us and said to take us to see another room. There are not too many dishes in the breakfast buffet plus a la carte, but they are all unique dishes. The breakfast waiters were very enthusiastic.
The hotel environment is very good and quiet. There are eight types of pillows to choose from. The room attendant brought many pillows for me to choose from.
