Best hotel. Near 7e kombini. Avanti mall is front of the hotel. Clean room. Good services from all the staffs. Laundry coin is good except for the dryer because the machine is not dry your clothes. Need to find outside laundry to dry the clothes. Overall recommended. Thank you. Arigato gozaimas.

Location is excellent… just opposite Kyoto Station. Very convenient links to everywhere. Room size is okay for one, but the onsen was too crowded. Wide selection of Amenities and coffee , tea bags are provided in lobby for guest to take.

Great location, just a block away from Kyoto Station. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it’s very accessible. The room is just enough for 2 people, and we loved the lounge robe and pants provided. Amenities were complete, and there were staff to help out. Check-in was also smooth, and we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and tour around since we arrived early. But the best thing is probably the breakfast buffet. Loved the selection! There’s a variety of food and drinks! All in all, the place is worth the price, and will definitely book here again.

There were pink mould (bacteria) found along the corners of the bath tub. Had to use tooth brush to scrub and wash them away as this bacteria are airborne which may leads to death. Overall the room condition was not the best but liveable. Other than that, everything was okay. The hotel was well equipped with all amenities and it’s very near the train station. Recommend to book again.

The location is strategic, just few meters away from Kyoto Hachijo East exit. The room is small but still ok for solo traveller. Value for money, will totally book here again for my next trip to Kyoto.

Excellent location and very clean. Can do shopping just by crossing the road. No worries if you forget to bring face wash, toning water and face cream. You can pick the sample-sized face care products at the lobby. However, check out time before 10am is a bit early.

The location just outside Hachijo Exit of the Shinkansen/JR station is excellent. I rented a car from Toyota whose shop is down the road from the hotel (Lawson store side lane), behind Avanti Shopping Mall. The main bus terminal is in the same area, in front of the JR. The JPY1650 breakfast is value for money.

The hotel location was excellent. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Book through trip and this hotel don't come with breakfast. Recommended.

A great stay at this hotel! Great room and amenities. Breakfast was also warm and comforting. I would stay here again. The location is ideal as you're a 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station and the bus stops. I was abit nervous about transportation to KIX airport but to my delight Airport busses are located across the road near Avanti. You need only go in a reserve a ticket for yourself. Ideal hotel for everyone!!!

Location is close to Kyoto station, shops and lots of food outlets. Bus stops is at the front of the hotel which is great sightseeing trip. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, spa is sufficient to relax the muscles. Room is a bit tight but amenities are all provided. I would stay here again in the future.

It's very close to Kyoto Station. Across the road is a very good souvenir shop on level 2, amazing price guarantee.

Convenient & good onsen. Very clean rooms & friendly & helpful staff. Value For Money. Extended our stay for another 5 days.
