Prime location 7 mins walk from JR Kyoto, hotel is the definition of only basic, room is extremely small, no kettle, No water or tea, the toilet floor will be wet if you shower, 10 mins before checkout they will knock on your door to remind you, nevertheless the staff there is friendly also you cant store any luggage after you check out.
