地理位置好，在軌道交通對面，出行方便，特意體驗一把榻榻米，住一晚沒問題，衞生也挺乾淨，就是很多日本人的習慣我們不太適應。

地理位置非常好，一出門就是京都站，周圍都是飯館，吃飯購物非常方便，榻榻米很有日本民居的特色，店主也很熱情很有禮貌，每天回來都會貼心的把我們的鞋子收拾好，第二天出門會親自把鞋子放的整整齊齊的。臨分別的時候，老闆還送了一把日式小扇子，特別貼心，房間乾淨可以泡澡🛀，值得推薦給到京都旅行的朋友

從來沒有那麼差的體驗，設施非常老舊，空調製冷也不好，噪音也大，重點是老闆老太太對歐美人特別友好，對我和我兒子特別不友善，兩天才打掃房間，退房的時候還不到10點，還不讓我們在大廳坐，像這種服務態度，國內朋友別訂這家店了

離京都站非常近，走過一次之後可以找到從地下通道的最優路徑。雖然對面有一個停車場，但是不會吵。
旅館對於門禁的要求（23:00以後鎖門）在客觀上基本杜絕了吵鬧的發生，如果需要深夜自由的遊客就不用選擇這裏，感覺是經過了篩選的客人住一塊兒，還挺和諧。
對於我個人而言，還是不太習慣公用浴室衞生間，特別是只有早晚可以用浴室，一天晚上的到達中轉沒有問題，兩天以上就不能接受了。
服務設備設施的細節還是非常到位的，沒有打折扣，衞生尤其好。主人還是比較一板一眼，説到的一定是會做到的，例如早上咖啡7:00-9:00，過了9:00肯定不會提供。估計不嚴格的話，她們制定的比較嚴格的措施就會被一點一點推翻了。目測只有兩人，額外的服務需求需要更多人手才能滿足，還是可以理解。
