Convenient location. 1 min walk away from bus stop and train station. 15-20 mins away from Kyoto station. Quite a lot of things nearby to shop and explore! Beautiful temples and sceneries. You can take a short bus ride to Nishiki Market and Gion District. AMAZING ROOM, huge & we got upgraded bc they had a lack of rooms. Will definitely come back to this hotel agn. If you need anything like HDMI adaptor, etc u can just ask the counter, they have a lot of things hidden in their storage. Super clean, super neat and enjoyed the onsen bath.

Facilities: The ventilation sound is a bit loud, so those who sleep lightly will need earplugs. Hygiene: Very clean. Among the hotels in the same class, this one has the cleanest quilts. Service: The guy at the front desk was very polite and patient, and the experience was great

The place that left my first trip to Kyoto as a happy memory until the end I will bring good memories with me whenever I remember Kyoto. The well-organized and tidy feeling makes you comfortable from entering the hotel to leaving. It blends Japan's past and present well, giving it a unique and sophisticated feel. Hinoki bathtub and plenty of warm water It relieved the regret of a ryokan that I had not experienced on this trip. It is recommended that you try the breakfast you ate every morning. The menu, which used to be Korean food, was changed to a buffet format. The food is unusual and unique. I'm very satisfied ^^ I'm going back after getting along well with the warm consideration and help of all the staff. (The food photo below is the Kanna Hotel Teppanyaki Hanoku dinner course, not breakfast)

I visited at 12 o'clock and only planned to leave my luggage, but they said the room had been cleaned and helped me check in right at 12 o'clock. As I was hesitating what to say, the friendly service provided by the Korean staff who came out to greet me and escorted me to the front of the room was very nice, and the cleanliness and facilities inside the room were all good!

The location is convenient, the design is good, and the service is good. There is a parent-child experience of dyeing cloth, and there is also a special product sales area. There is a 11-7 store near the downstairs. It is very convenient to buy things, and it is a very good stay experience

WOW!! We loved this hotel It is immaculate inside and out. Great staff and Facilities. The beds were heavenly and the cedar tub in the room was such a treat. This is in the best location - definitely a highlight of our Japan trip this year. Thank you to the entire staff

I stay here every time I’m in Kyoto, and am thankful this hotel exists. It’s so peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and almost what you could call a luxe monastery! Calm in the heart of the city.

This is the second time my family and I check in to Kanra Hotel Kyoto across a period of 8 years and it has never disappointed us. We love that the hotel is situated at a slightly quiet area but very accessible by local subway and bus. The hotel rooms are very nicely decorated and it gives you a sense of zen and calm after a long day as soon as you return to the hotel.
