Very nice business hotel. The location was superb, very clean and comfortable. I will totally recommend it for your stay in Kyoto.

The hotel is nice and new. Service and location are good. However there is a bad smell in the toilet.

I booked a superior double room, its very spacious and with a full sized bathtub. I enjoyed my bath after a long tiring day of your sightseeing. As it's a double room, I got 4 pillows! I was provided a crisp yukata. The receptionists are very polite and helpful.

A very nice stay at Park Hotel Kyoto. Easily accessible through subway and lots of convenience stores nearby. Minus side is there's additional city tax that we should pay on top of the hotel rates.

Though the room booking info on Ctrip is wrong, the super friendly staff at Park Hotel has assisted us to minimize the hassle and at the end it’s a perfect stay. Even our kids have great acclaims about the staff service :)

Really nice rooms, very big for Japan. It's a bit far from the busy part of Kyoto but only 4 minutes walk to the metro line. Breakfast was small. The desk staff were pleasant. There is a bike rental shop close by.

Need to walk around 4min after alighting from the subway station. Got supermarket beside the hotel.

Really nice hotel.

The location was really great, 3 min walk from Karasuma Oike station. Only downside was that there isn’t any elevator nor escalator for the exit nearest to the hotel so we had to lug our luggages up a flight of stairs. Room was cosy and well equipped. Bed and pillows were really comfortable too! Had a pleasant stay!

Apart from the geographical location, there are no advantages. The price of Sakura Season is 1,400➕RMB per day, and the quality is similar to that of a fast hotel like the 7 Days Inn chain... The shortcomings are summarized as follows: ① The windows are not very soundproof, and our room is on the 5th floor and not close to the road. But the traffic on the street outside kept rumbling all night long, and I was forced to buy earplugs to fall asleep the next day. ②The hygiene was the worst in our entire trip to Japan. There was something like white powder left by previous guests on the table next to the bed, and the bathroom was full of toothpaste stains, which was shocking. ③The room only has two bottles of water and a pair of toothbrushes, other items must be obtained at the front desk. ④The service staff who clean the room every morning will swipe the card directly to enter the door regardless of whether there is anyone in the room. The anti-theft lock must be hung, otherwise it will be very scary. All in all, given the quality of this hotel, it is basically a big mistake to stay for more than 500 yuan.

Extremely comfortable and super clean. The bed is also comfortable. The ambience of the night light is also warm. I like it very much. The room also smells good. The corridor is also very warm and comfortable. The toiletries are super easy to use, from hand soap to shower gel and conditioner. I will come again next time🥳🥰

The hotel facilities were overall good, but Until now, I have traveled a lot to Japan. This is my first time in such an unfriendly hotel. When checking in, my younger brother knows Japanese, so I spoke in Japanese and the answer came back in English;;; I felt ignored and was in a really bad mood after checking in. Even though cleaning wasn't included, new towels were hung at the door no matter which hotel I went to, so I thought they would be there, but they weren't. Since I was staying two days in a row, I asked for a towel and was asked if there were any at the door. When I said there were none, they told me to wait for an hour and a half. I arrived at 6pm and they said they could give it to me at 8:30. I was trying to take a shower, but it took almost 2 hours with 2 towels... When I came up to the room and wanted to take a shower right away, I called and asked if they could give it to me right now. I asked them to wait another 30 minutes, and when I knocked and went out, there was no one there. The hallway was rustling, so I waited for about 3 minutes and they brought it to me from a warehouse. Isn't it right to knock with a normal towel? In the morning, they sat down without saying good morning, just took my card and helped me check out. This is my first time in such an unfriendly hotel. The person who treated me with a towel yesterday afternoon was the same employee when I checked out. It was so unpleasant that it ruined my entire trip. If you don't know what to do, don't do anything.

The location of the Park Hotel is very good. It allows friends to go on a trip to see cherry blossoms without any transportation. I will continue to book Park Hotel. I hope to stay at Park Hotel next time in Kyoto.
