A short walk from Kyoto station and the hotel staffs are super friendly. I don't hear any noise coming from the track even though it is next to it.

Nice place, not a lot of amenities but overall pleasant staff.

The hotel is clean and simple, and the lady at the front desk is responsive to all requests. Although there are no laundry facilities, the balcony is very helpful. It takes up to ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the station, which is acceptable.

A very nice small hotel, very close to Kyoto Station, 5 minutes walk. You need to register on the first floor. Fortunately, there is a front desk to guide you during the day. There is no front desk after 9 pm! There are only 3 rooms on one floor, which is good, not noisy! All rooms should be able to see Kyoto Tower, the visual effect at night is still very good! There is no cleaning service during the stay, but towels will be changed! Overall a very good hotel, recommended!

Overall, this hotel excels in all aspects: **Excellent location** The hotel is located in the city center, in a prosperous area, close to various dining, shopping and entertainment venues, and the transportation is very convenient. Whether on foot or by public transportation, you can quickly reach major attractions and business districts. **Clean and comfortable rooms** The rooms are neat and clean, simply furnished but well-equipped, including comfortable beds, spacious work areas and complete bathroom facilities. The room has good lighting and makes you feel relaxed. **Convenient Self Check-in** The hotel provides excellent self-check-in service, making the check-in and check-out process very simple and fast. The whole process was seamless and made me feel very convenient and comfortable. Overall, this hotel left a very good impression on me in terms of location, room quality and service level. I heartily recommend this hotel to everyone and I believe you will have a pleasant and comfortable stay here.

Living on the second floor, the window is close to the main road, and the sound insulation is poor. The water pipes upstairs make a loud noise, which wakes me up in the middle of the night. The TV was set to be on at 5:50 in the morning for no reason, and I woke up again!

The location is good and it's reasonably priced. The room is spacious. There is no razor so you need to bring your own. There is a convenience store nearby so it's convenient.

The room was clean and hygienic. However, the typhoon affected the Shinkansen and we were unable to check in on the first day. We could not cancel the room.

Good location and good conditions, thank you very much for the accommodation provided. Check out time is a little inconvenient, but otherwise everything is good and clean
