The hotel environment is very beautiful. The lobby is very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. The welcome snacks are delicious and feel very warm. The room is absolutely spacious and can accommodate a lot of luggage. The nearby bus station is very convenient for going to nearby attractions in Kyoto, but it is far from the subway station.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the serene atmosphere. The lobby's minimalist design and soft lighting immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff who greeted me with genuine smiles. My room was a cozy haven, blending modern comforts with traditional Japanese touches. The tatami mats and sliding doors added a touch of authenticity, while the plush bed promised a restful sleep. Waking up to views of Kyoto's skyline was a treat every morning. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, offering helpful tips for exploring the city and ensuring I had everything I needed. It's the little touches that made all the difference, like the warm welcome I received each time I returned to the hotel. The hotel's amenities were equally delightful. I enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, savoring the flavors of Kyoto's culinary scene. The peaceful garden provided a quiet escape from the city's hustle and bustle, perfect for unwinding with a book or simply soaking in the surroundings. Blossom Kyoto Hotels' central location made it easy to explore Kyoto's treasures. Whether I was wandering through historic streets or admiring ancient temples, everything was within easy reach

Really loved this hotel! Conveniently located a 2-min walk from Gojo station, tranquil traditional yet modern ambience, rooms were great, more than sufficient amenities, lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, and attentive service!

The hotel is very nice with big beautiful rooms and most importantly have welcome drinks and lounge to get free ice creams and drinks!

I had a really good experience in The Blossom Kyoto. It was very easy to find and conveniently located near a few stations. It’s quite far from the city center and shopping malls/shops but you can definitely enjoy the quiet surroundings. Upon arrival, I was greeted and assisted by the hotel staff and snacks were also served (really good!). It rained during my visit and I didn’t have an umbrella with me but they gladly lent me one. The room was really clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine in the room. The public bath and the lounge were also really clean. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples and families!

The Hotel is new in good location and familiar equipped. Plus is the bath area with relaxing drinks and snacks. Service and support is very welcome.

The best hotel throughout our 13 days stay at Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Public bath is so relaxing, free flow of drinks and snacks, the matcha latte at basement is nice. Staffs is always so attentive. Location to train station and bus to visit Arashiyama is also nearby. Room are spacious. Highly recommended!

Great location and ambience. Nice view from room. Laundry and free drinks and popsicles are awesome Breakfast choices a bit lacking compared to other places. Overall, a great stay, no complaints.

This hotel is pleasant, nicely designed and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location next to a subway station and on a main road with many buses and taxis available. Soundproofing between rooms is good although there is some noise from the road outside. The hotel has a nice Japanese bath and free snacks and drinks for guests. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping was not quite up to Japanese 4-star hotel standards, they didn’t clean the floor very well and forgot to refill the soap bottles. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice experience all around. Though the room is a bit small, it’s still pleasant and clean.

Great hotel with hot bath. The breakfast spread was good and we were offered light meals during lunch which totally surprise us. The light meal is good on a rainy day when we just want to stay in the hotel. The service was good as well, the staff are always around to help if in need. We’ll definitely be back again when we visit Kyoto.
