The location is a bit far from the main street but the bus stop to Kyoto Station quite near.

The location of the hotel was a little hard to find, but the area around the hotel was safe, and it was convenient to be able to go to the downtown area and sightseeing spots immediately on foot.
It was cold in Kyoto in December, so we set the heater high even in the room, but it was still cold at night, so it was very helpful to lend us the heater!
