Todo el personal muy atento y simpático. Como malo: De la experiencia solo puedo decir, que la zona del masaje está pegada a la terraza y al no estar insonorizada la sala, estas escuchando la conversación de la gente y a los perros. No resulta demasiado relajante eso... Como bueno: Un trato excelente por parte de los trabajadores. El lugar, es increíble, situado en un valle con río propio con algún que otro rinconcito apartado que está muy bien. La habitación es aceptable pero lo mejor es el lugar. De la comida, no podemos decir nada por que leímos los comentarios y no eran positivos así que preferimos comer fuera. Recomendación para el establecimiento: Poner ambientadores por todo el hotel, no es exagerado pero a según que hora tiene un olor desagradable. Unos ambientadores tipo spa o incienso, cambiaría la esencia a esas horas que huele.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing few days in La Central, with our two dogs. There are plenty of fantastic walks around the hotel, which we, and especially, the dogs loved. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and the two dinners we had in the hotel. Mireia is wonderful and was always available to help us, answer our questions etc as were the other staff members. Macanet de Cabrenys is well worth visiting, as is the historic town of La Vajol...though it is a fairly scary drive up.

lo único positivo; desayuno. Al llegar una olor a cloaca, la governanta, bruta. La habitación vieja y muy dejada. Lavabo pequeño y poco límpio con moho.El colchón se le notava los muelles del somier. comida mala y cara y sin nevera.

Hotel alejado de todo ruido mundano. Cerca de un pantano navegable y con buenas pistas para caminar o ir en bici . El servicio està muy bien, muy atentos. Las habitaciones estandar son extremadamente peueñas. A poder ser, reservar una de nivel superior. La comida es excelente. El spa es sencillo pero completo. Para mi gusto, habria que subir la temperatura de la piscina yacuci.

Hotel con encanto, en un entorno idílico. Ideal para relajarse. El spa está bien condicionado y tiene una terraza y espacios comunes muy agradables. Cocina correcta en el restaurante. Habitaciones confortables. Relación calidad-precio justa.

Ayant réservé cet hébergement grâce à un coffret Smartbox, j'ai tout d'abord été séduit par la gentillesse du propriétaire lors de la prise de contact téléphonique qui a accepté notre réservation le 28 juillet donc en période estivale. Contrairement à de nombreux propriétaires d'établissement hôtelier qui refusent ces coffrets cadeaux en juillet/août. En outre, la présence de notre petit bichon maltais ne fut pas rédhibitoire. Première prise de contact téléphonique qui fut confirmée lors de notre présence où la Direction et le personnel fut très pro et très chaleureux. Il s'agit d'un lieu atypique donc d'exception que nous recommandons vivement pour la qualité de l'accueil, la beauté du cadre, la mise à disposition gratuite du sauna, du hammam et du spa ainsi que pour le dîner gastronomique qui nous fut proposé. Sans nullement omettre les produits du terroir de qualité qui composent le buffet du petit déjeuner. Nous conseillons cet établissement hors normes sorti des sentiers battus.

I stayed at the Hotel & Spa La Central with my wife during the last Easter holiday. My reservation, which I paid in advance through ******* (Hoteles.com), started Thursday April 6, but when I arrived, the hotel was closed. I called the reception and they said that Hoteles.com was selling unauthorized reservations for that day. It was late at night and I had to drive for an hour to find another hotel in the area. The next day, I came back and the nice staff at the front desk advised me to ask for a refund with Hoteles.com. Since then, I've been trying to get back the money I've paid in advance for the first day of my reservation. At Hoteles.com they say that they can't talk to the accommodation and so the policy of my reservation doesn't allow a refund.

très joli hotel,perdu au fond des bois, jolie déco (petit bémol pour les salles d'eau), personnel charmant, calme assuré, idéal pour se ressourcer ,,repas et surtout petit déjeuner au top, assurément je le recommanderai

Si vous souhaitez un endroit pour vous déconnecter, ne cherchez plus. L'endroit est idyllique (au milieu des bois, au bord d'une petite rivière, et proche d'un grand lac loin de la foule pour se baigner), le bàtiment est très joli et raconte une histoire. Nous avions une chambre avec petit balcon qui était très pratique avec un chien. L'accueil est informel et adorable, on a l'impression d'arriver chez des amis de toujours. Sans être exceptionnel, le restaurant est bon et nous avons très bien mangé. Pas de commentaire sur le spa que nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester. Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement mais cela va avec l'ensemble, on a l'impression de vivre un moment hors du temps et hors du monde, le cadre et l'ambiance sont exceptionnels.
