Great friendly staff and attentive. Hotel is close to airport and convenient with taxis on standby to take you to the city. Comfortable beds and good size bedroom.

Such a wonderful hotel. But the power went out in our room. and got switched to another room. Nothing was comped or explained.

There was some confusion in the messaging provided by the Receptionist on Dinner and Lunch but was resolved quickly by the intervention of hotel staff.. A special shoutout to Mr. Ali who was very cooperative and helpful. These are the kind of persona touches which make a stay most comfortable.

This is a very old hotel with poor service and it is very creepy. Because the floor is high, the pipes often make noises when the wind blows, and the countless mirrors in the bathroom are really scary. The glass sliding door in the room really feels like it was in the last century... The elevator and the skyfall upstairs are also very old. The service is a bit poor. 1. There is no free water in the room, only explorers have it. 2. Slippers are not prepared. 3. No one answered the phone. It took 6-7 calls before someone answered. Then it took 20 minutes and it was not delivered. I called again and someone delivered it. 4. The cleaner kept knocking on the door at around 11 o'clock when I checked out the next day. Later, around 12:15, he swiped the room card directly. I said I was about to check out, and the cleaner's English was not very good. It seemed that he said something like must go shortly. The hotel itself is also far away from the city, and there is no scenery. We don't have to stay in this hotel, so avoid it.
