This property is more like service appartment than hotel but is well located in La Baule (quiet area, 10min by walk from the beach). Breakfast is nice and receptionists are very helpful.

We had a studio with a balcony on the 2nd floor. The kitchenette is fully equipped, the bedding is very good, a large bathroom, and very clean. In conclusion, very good value for money.

We love this establishment. In high season as in low season the prices are attractive, very well located, very welcoming staff, it is quiet and clean. The price obtained via the Trip Com site is very interesting.

Very pleasant hotel... quiet, although 700 m walk from the beach... Nice little kitchen area.

We have known this establishment for several years and it is a pleasure for us to stay there for 1 or 2 nights, easy to access, close to the center and the beach. Clean establishment. Decent breakfast
