Hotel situato in una zona naturale pregevole, di assoluta tranquilità e silenzio....e circondata dal campo da golf e altre attrazioni sportive. Amia reception, camera molto grande e ben arredata con stile di montagna in legno. La nostra camera addirittura aveva un soppalco con altro letto nella parte superiore.Ampio bar ma manca il ristorante. Colazione di montagna ottima e con prodotti tipici dei Pirenei

I must say that this hotel has met all the expectations it had and has overcome them with note. The location is enviable. You have to travel for 3-4 minutes by a curve road, but if you want a hotel in a mountain village, isolated and with incredible views of the Cadí's cordillery, to fields with horses, to the mountain, ... you take it with pleasure. The building, in a small town of about 10 inhabitants, is quite modern, but fully integrated into the architecture of the rest of the buildings. All of stone, persistent. The rooms are very spacious, with a large laundry, large and very new beds, TV, closet, chairs and board, heat with very efficient thermostat, ... just perfect. On the amability and friendliness of the staff, just say that improving. And breakfast is worth it, very complete and at a good price. The only thing we did not test for the activities we had scheduled was dinner. And we were glad to stay because when we saw the letter and some dishes we saw had a very appetited paint. In short, and very few SUPER RECOMMENDABLE establishments say so.

Great staff, great hotel. You will want a car ideally and spaces directly outside are limited but think there's paid parking or just up the hill. We stayed to try out grandvalira ski area, which has a lot of mileage but needs decent snow coverage and runs are shorter than the classic alpine resorts - enjoyable nevertheless. Anyway as family with two 15 year old boys we booked two rooms at good rates for 4 nights. Pool / spa was a bonus, you need nominally to book a slot and must wear a cap which you can buy for 3 euros. Breakfasts good and plentiful but bean to cup machine can't really make espresso to speak of. Bar had table football, pool, plus other games so good for a drink and some fun. Didn't try food there in the evening. Rooms very comfortable, quiet. Shower works fine but don't expect a torrent. Front desk staff lovely (Alex from memory but all the others as well). Recommend without hesitation. One ask to the hotel - gym was way too hot to use, and I'm fit / thin. I practically melted down running easy on treadmill even with the small desk fan and my own portable gym fan. Cooling may be difficult as it's buried deep in the building but ideally a portable Aircon or really strong fan. It's clear nobody uses it as a result since the water wasn't refilled for two days. And not related to the hotel, we found it easier to drive to the long telecabine in encamp to get into the middle of the skiing area, we almost got stuck trying to navigate the tricky lift combo to get back to the Canillo telecabine. Anyway thanks to roc meller team for a lovely stay.

Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

Just next to the iconic Andorra building, the starting point of the standard city center and pedestrian street - ”twisted clock”, the two people book a room with a terrace is very emotional, and one person doesn't matter. The room is quite big. Breakfast is good, there are several kinds of fried eggs to choose by yourself, If you don't understand, say the first one, change every day. The front desk is very welcoming, Europeans are like this. The room has an electric kettle. Below the clock is the unnamed river, the river is endless, the cherry blossom season is very beautiful, and it is like Dongguan. It takes ten minutes to walk to the famous hot springs and the iconic Andorra building.
